β β β β β Lovely hotel and staff. Moor ( hope Iβm writing it correctly) waited for us well into the night as our flight was delayed and had some snacks ready for us.
Room had great views of the water, and the bed was sturdy which allowed me to sleep like a log.
Breakfast was excellent as well.

β β β β β Great place! Very friendly owners, rooms modern and recently renivated. Fantastic breakfast buffet. We had a room at the waterfront overlooking the harbour. Free parking at the rear entrance.
Only minus was the nice from next door roof disco.

β β β β β I was lucky enough to stay here for 3 nights. It's a lovely hotel right in the port. We had an amazing room with a terrace and hot tub with great views and sunset in the mountain. We really enjoyed our stay and it was made extra special by the fantastic staff; nothing was too much trouble. It was really a 'boutique' experience.

Spectacular views, best but, really best mattress, great shower and above all the staff of the hotel.

β β β β β This unique and lovely hotel enjoys a perfect location,bang on the water front in Agios Nikolaos.The level of hospitality from the lovely young couple the own and run the place, Mor and Itay, and every member of their staff , is second to none- they really go out of tgeir way to make you feel at home.The deluxe double room on the 8th floor, which was large with huge double bed, has an impressive balcony with a jacuzzy that overlooks the harbour and the bay and the views from the balcony to each direction is stunning.There is a parking area in the port , 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
One of the best hotel experience we had in Crete.

β β β β β We were in Port 7 Hotel in early November 2021. Very good experience! Nice and super-friendly hosts. Hotel is Family business. Different rooms and price level in offer, nice and renovated rooms with or without sea-view / terrace. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Hotel is situated perfectly in Agios Nikolaos (can be little noisy on weekend or during season). We can fully recommend!

β β β β β This is the best hotel I have ever been to, and I travel a lot! We arrived and were immediately welcomed with coffee/something to drink. Check in was super easy, they took the luggage up for us, and the room is amazing! We had the room with the hot tub on the balcony, and there are no words to describe how enjoyable it is. The room is extremely clean and you get a welcome bottle of wine and water. The breakfast is also amazing - everything you need from any type of coffee you desire, to bread, cheese, local specialties, fruits, eggs made fresh the way you want them, etc. What makes the whole experience perfect are also the people here. Moor is the friendliest owner I have ever met. She will give you recommendations for anything you want to do - restaurants, hikes, towns to visit, etc. She will also always check on you to make sure you have everything you need, and had a good day! She and her staff made our experience here perfect. I recommend staying here and would come back anytime!

β β β β β I stayed at Hotel Port 7 for almost a month. The hotel is beautiful, well cared for and the view is gorgeous.
The staff and especially the owner noticed every little detail and made a great effort to make my stay perfect.
The location is very good, there are a few beaches a few minutes walk, and so is the centre of the lovely Agios Nikolaos.
I will definitely be back and recommend everyone I know to stay there.
