Μόνο αυτός αξίζει εκεί μέσα. Όλοι οι άλλοι βαριούνται να εξυπηρετήσουν λέγοντας να κλείσετε ραντεβού, δεν ανήκετε στο κατάστημα μας κλπ.
Τα τέσσερα αστέρια μόνο για αυτόν τον άνθρωπο...
Τέτοιοι άνθρωποι πρέπει να υπάρχουν και να έχουν διάθεση να εξυπηρετούν τους πολίτες και τους πελάτες τους.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτος υπάλληλος μου ζητήσανε 30€ για να ανοίξω λογαριασμό κάτι που φυσικά δεν ισχύει αφού επικοινώνησα με τα κεντρικά!!! Ο κύριος που με εξυπηρέτησε μάλλον του λείπανε 30€ !!! Ντροπή !!!!!
An unacceptable employee asked me for 30 € to open an account, something that of course is not valid after I contacted the headquarters !!! The gentleman who served me was probably missing € 30 !!! Shame !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Eurobank in Argostoli to create Greek account. Some workers they don t do correctly their job, they are not able to send mails to the correct mail address (GMAOL.COM) and not gmail.com, even a child can do it correctly ! They pretend to answer mails but they don t do it, they are not able to find documents on their software, documents i gave 3 weeks before. They are not sympathetic, they don t give relevant informations. It s the first time in my life I see such a level of incompetence and negligence ! It s a shame that people receive a salary and they are not able to make properly simple things !
I was forced to put a star to validate my message, but this bank in Argostoli doesn t deserve it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife’s currency card containing our two weeks Holiday spending money was ‘eaten’ without warning by their ATM in Lassi. Their response was ‘ Contact your card provider’. Wouldn’t it have been a positive gesture to travel the 3km from their bank in Argostoli to the ATM and recover the card for her? We now have to wait on a possible replacement card being sent to our hotel until we can access funds. Not a great look Greece!
