Κράτησα κάποιες σημειώσεις από μία μικρή έρευνα στο ίντερνετ (δλδ ποιό θα είναι το ΣΕΠΠΕ της κάρτας, τα προνόμια, αν μπορώ να εξασφαλίσω δωρεάν ετήσια συνδρομή κλπ) και το αποτέλεσμα; Μόλις τις είδες η υπάλληλος είπε, "η λίστα του Σίντλερ" και αφού ενώ της έκανα ερωτήσεις και απαντούσε με τα χίλια ζόρια και ενώ σηκώθηκε 3 φορές(!) και απάντησε στο τηλέφωνο άλλες 2(!?!) και όλα αυτά σε διάρκεια 5-7 λεπτών, γυρνάει κάποια στιγμή και μου λέει: "Ήρθατε εδώ για τη θεωρία ή την πράξη;"!! Φυσικά και ήρθα για την θεωρία Κυρία Ισιδώρα Λυκούδη! Σε τράπεζα βρισκόμουν και ενδιαφερόμουν ( γιατί δεν ενδιαφέρομαι πλέον) να εκδώσω πιστωτική κάρτα της Εθνικής Τράπεζας. ΕΛΕΟΣ. Αυτός ο άνθρωπος είναι εξαιρετικός επαγγελματίας. Δεν κάθετε ούτε μία στιγμή. Φροντίζει να λειτουργεί η τράπεζα άψογα. Οι πελάτες εξηπερετουνται γρήγορα και πολύ ευγενικά. Ο υπάλληλος στο ταμείο με βοήθησε πάρα πολύ σε κάποιο λάθος που υπήρχε. Γρήγορα και ευγενικά.Ηευγενικά.Η κοπέλα πρόθυμη στο μηχάνημα επισεις.. Πρώτη φορά στα 8 χρόνια που συνεργάζομαι με την εθνική Αργοστολίου λειτουργούν όλα τόσο καλά. Εύγε στον νέο διευθυντή που επιτέλους έβαλε την τάξη που έπρεπε να υπάρχει χρόνια τώρα. Όταν το κεφάλι μίας υπηρεσίας έχει σωστό γνώμονα και τον επιβάλει τότε όλα πάνε σωστά. Και με αποτέλεσμα ευχαριστημένους πελάτες. Να είναι καλά και να έχει καλή θητεία. ΕΎΓΕ ΚΎΡΙΕ ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΤΉ..
