The ATM charges an extra 3€ fee over the amount your bank charges you. EVEN for withdrawals with EUR and EU cards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am on my 6th phone call, 4 not answered, 2 answered and cut off. Not impressed. I need an appointment to secure a statement of account for 2020. Not much to ask of a Bank, that could print it out and just give it to me at the door, upon presentation of suitable ID? 13, yes, 13 calls to finally get through, with 3 of the calls cut off once through to the correct department.
