★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακράν οι πιο άξεστοι υπάλληλοι. Μιλάνε στον ενικό. Νομίζουν είμαστε όλοι ένα παρεάκι. Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν τους ενδιαφέρουν ούτε οι νέοι πελάτες και σίγουρα ούτε οι παλιοί. Μόνο όταν πήρα τα λεφτά μου για αλλού, τους έτσουξε. Αλλά κι αυτό μόνο για λίγο. Σοβαρευτείτε.
 By far the most rude employees. They speak in the singular. They think we are all a sidekick. Bad service. They are not interested in new customers and certainly not old ones. Only when I got my money elsewhere did it sting. But even that only for a while. Get serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση τηλεφωνικά. ΔΕΝ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ άνθρωπος στην άλλη άκρη της γραμμής, ούτε στα ειδικά τηλέφωνα των υπαλλήλων (που μας δίνουν με την κάρτα τους) ούτε στα γενικά της Τράπεζας. Ώρες προσπάθειας για να πετύχει κανείς κάποιον. Ανάλογη είναι και η κατάσταση με τα εμαιλ. Απαντιέται ένα στα δέκα. Λυπάμαι.
Tragic service by phone. THERE IS NO person on the other end of the line, neither in the special telephones of the employees (who give us their card) nor in the general ones of the Bank. Hours of effort to succeed someone. The situation with emails is similar. It is answered one in ten. I'm sorry.

Advice: if you ever have to deal with them make sure you lean his hand from the first minute. Doesn't deserve any chance.
