k	kate 1994 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε 0 θα το έβαζα. Δεν μπορώ να αξιολογήσω πως είναι οι υπηρεσίες του καταστηματος γιατι πολύ απλά ΔΕΝ μπορώ να κλείσω ένα ραντεβού. Απορώ πως λειτουργεί το κατάστημα, για την ακρίβεια υπολειτουργει, καθώς ο Κύριος και η Κυρία που απαντούν στο τηλέφωνο για τα ραντεβου και τα email είναι απαράδεκτοι. Έχω καλέσει από το πρωί σχεδόν 60 φορές χωρίς καμία υπερβολή και τις 2 φορές που έπιασα γραμμή, τη μία φορά ζήτησα να περιμένουν ένα λεπτό για να ρωτήσω συγκεκριμένα το θέμα του ραντεβού, αφού η Κυρία ζήτησε να ξέρει περί τίνος πρόκειται επακριβως (και καλά έκανε) και βεβαίως μέχρι να της απαντήσω στα επόμενα 10 δευτερολεπτα μου το έκλεισε, ενώ τη δεύτερη φορά που κατάφερα να πιάσω γραμμή, μου είπαν ότι θα με συνδέσουν με το αρμόδιο τμήμα και απλά μου το έκλεισαν. Αν κάποιος υπεύθυνος του καταστήματος βλέπει το παρόν, παρακαλώ ας φροντίσει για το ζήτημα γιατί είναι κρίμα δύο άνθρωποι που απλά Δεν κάνουν καλά τη δουλειά τους να χαντακωνουν ολόκληρο υποκατάστημα. If there was 0 I would put it. I can not evaluate what the services of the store are because I simply CANNOT make an appointment. I wonder how the store works, to be precise it does not work, as the Mr. and Mrs. who answer the phone for appointments and emails are unacceptable. I have called almost 60 times since the morning without any exaggeration and the 2 times I caught a line, once I asked them to wait a minute to specifically ask about the date of the appointment, after the Lady asked to know exactly what it was about (and she did well ) and of course until I answered her in the next 10 seconds she closed it, while the second time I managed to catch a line, they told me that they would connect me to the department and they just closed it for me. If a store manager sees this, please let's take care of it because it's a pity two people who are just not doing their job well ditching an entire branch.
