Προσλάβετε επιπλέον προσωπικό ειδικότερα στην γραμματεία, και ανανεώστε κάποια μηχανήματα. Δεν είναι κακό, να ανανεωθούν και κάποια κλινοσκεπασματα. Οι εργαζόμενοι ευγενεστατοι, και εξυπηρετικότατοι, αλλά το άγχος να προλάβουν, είναι μεταδοτικό. Δυο άτομα λειτουργούν και ως ρεσεψιόν, και ως εισαγωγές - εξαγωγές για ένα ολόκληρο νοσοκομειο. Σε πέντε χρόνια θα παίρνουν αντιαγχολυτικα, ηρεμιστικά και δεν ξέρω και εγώ τι άλλο. Στο χειρουργείο τα παιδιά τρέχουν να προλάβουν, νιώθεις λίγο ξεπέτα. Απορώ εξίσου πώς την παλεύουν εκεί μέσα με τόσο άγχος όχι για την επέμβαση, αλλά για τον χρόνο που τους κυνηγάει σαν το χάρο. Επίσης, η ρεσεψιόν κανονικά θαρρώ ότι θα έπρεπε να βρίσκεται στην είσοδο. Να γίνεται εξαρχής κατανομή ασθενών και όχι να παίζουμε λαβύρινθο πάνω κάτω αριστερά δεξιά μέσα στην πολλή φασαρία, και τον χαμό του εισερχόμενου κόσμου ο οποίος δυστυχώς μοιάζει να μην έχει συναίσθηση του χώρου που παρευρίσκεται. Άλλος μιλάει στο κινητό βροντοφωνα και κανονίζει καφέ με τους κολλητούς του, άλλη μιλάει με βίντεο κλήση βαιμπερ και στέλνει φιλάκια τραβώντας πλάνα από τον χώρο να τον δείξει στις φίλες της κτλ κτλ. Αναμονή 3 ώρες για check in. Check out Δεν κάναμε ακομη, ενώ βρίσκομαι σπίτι μου. Θα μου έρθει ηλεκτρονικά την Δευτέρα, να μάθω και την τιμή. Σημ: Βάλτε μια τεράστια ταμπέλα που να γράφει "ΗΣΥΧΊΑ!!!!" Νοσοκομείο είναι, όχι γήπεδο! Στο μεταξύ, Ευγενέστατη και η κυριούλα στο φυλάκιο στην είσοδο. Και για εκείνη απορώ πως αντέχει όρθια μέσα σε τόσο χάος. Έκανα επέμβαση αφαίρεσης λαμα κλειδας, και ενημερώθηκα αργότερα ότι υπήρχε έλλειψη από kit (κατσαβίδια) για την αφαίρεση των βιδων εξου και αυξήθηκε η διάρκεια του χειρουργείου μέχρι να βρεθεί συμβατο κιτ. Δεν μου άρεσε που οι νοσηλευτές μαζεύουν και τακτοποιουν τα κρεβάτια, ενώ έχουν να τρέξουν για τόσα άλλα, στο τέλος, θα σουβαντιζουν κιολας. Όπως επίσης δεν μου άρεσε και ο τρόπος που οι καθαριστριες μεταχειρίζονται τα κρεβάτια. Κορίτσια, τα κρεβάτια είναι ηλεκτρονικά, και κοστίζουν μια περιουσία, δεν βλάπτει να τα καθαρίζετε με λίγο σεβασμό. Το πάρκινγκ στο σημείο, τεράστιο θέμα, όπως και ο εξωτερικός χώρος αναμονής. Μας έπιασε βροχή, και δεν είχαμε πού να περιμένουμε. Η επέμβαση ήταν επιτυχής. Μου έδωσαν την λάμα σε βαζάκι για ενθύμιο. Μην παραλείψω, μετά από συνεχείς διευκρινησεις, επέτρεψαν συνοδεία καθ'ολη την διάρκεια της διαδικασίας, λόγω ψυχιατρικής πάθησης. Εννοείται, και εγώ με τεστ κοβιντ, και η σύνοδος μου. Γενικώς λοιπόν, έχω αντιληφθεί ότι γίνεται μια μεγάλη προσπάθεια, αλλά λείπει η σωστή οργάνωση. Για παράδειγμα, δεν θέλω να με αγγίζει ξένος άνθρωπος για να με ντύσει, και ήρθε η κοπέλα από την γραμματεία σων και ντε να μου βγάλει την ρόμπα, να με ντύσει, και να με πάει τουαλέτα. Δεν θέλω. Έχω σύνοδο για αυτόν τον λόγο και για όποιον άλλον λόγο χρειαστώ βοήθεια. Υπάρχει θέμα και έπρεπε να είχε ενημερωθεί γιατί με λίγη πίεση επιπλέον να μου κατεβάσει το παντελόνι, θα άρχισα να τρέχω εκτός νοσοκομείου με τα βρακια στο γόνατο. Κατά τα άλλα ευγενέστατη, δεν έχω παράπονο. Τέλος, νομίζω ότι βρέθηκα σε ένα οικείο περιβάλλον όσο αφορά τον μεταφορεα που έσερνε το καροτσάκι μου. Και το φαγητό ήταν υπέροχο! Η νέα τακτικη με το αλατάκι σε συσκευασία, κάνει τα πιάτα αόρατα. Συγχαρητήρια στην μαγείρισσα. Συνοψης: Θετικα: Εμπειρία, Εκπαίδευση και Ευγένεια προσωπικού, συνεργασία, καθαροί χώροι, αυστηρός έλεγχος στην είσοδο όσο αφορά τα σχετικά του κοβιντ. Άμεση επέμβαση νοσηλευτών όταν πατάς το κουμπί έκτακτης ανάγκης. Μηχανήματα αυτόματου πωλητή σε κάθε γωνιά του νοσοκομείου. Καθαρές τουαλέτες. Νόστιμο φαγητό. Υπέροχα κρεβάτια με σύγχρονο μηχανισμό. Συμβεβλημενο με ΕΟΠΥ. Αρνητικα: Αρκετά. Όπως Άγχος, Ελλειψη προσωπικού. Αργό check in. Φασαρία!! Έλλειψη πάρκινγκ (η φώτο google είναι μοντάζ). Ελλειψη χειρουργικων εργαλείων. Φθαρμενα κλινοσκεπασματα. Ενα Τεράστιο Ευχαριστω στο γιατρό μου Κο Νικόλαο Πασαλή, και τους συνεργάτες του, επειδή απέδειξε ότι η ιατρική είναι λειτουργημα και όχι κουστουματη ξεπέτα. Περίμενα την ψυχρά ευγενική συμπεριφορά των επαγγελματιών που ασχολούνται με τα θέματα υγείας. Συνάντησα το ειλικρινές ενδιαφέρον και την φροντίδα από καρδιάς όλων μηδενός εξαιρουμένου των ανθρώπων τις πτέρυγας. Νοσηλεύτηκα επί μία εβδομάδα σε βαρύ χειρουργείο και είδα ότι αυτοί η ομάδα λειτουργεί σαν ένα άτομα εκεί που τελειώνει ο ένας συνεχίζει ο άλλος χωρίς διακοπή και αυτό με έκανε να νιώσω μεγάλη σιγουριά. Το μόνο που θα μπορούσα να πω ει αι ένα τεράστιο ευχαριστώ μέσα από την καρδιά μου και απλά να καταθέσω την ευγνωμοσύνη μου σε όλους μαζί και τον καθένα ξεχωριστά. Τηρούνται οι αποστάσεις ασφαλείας και εισερχονται στο χώρο μόνο οι ασθενείς, τηρώντας τους κανόνες ασφαλείας που προβλέπονται. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό με άμεσο ενδιαφέρον για τον ασθενή που θα ηλεγθει είτε σε επείγουσα βάση είτε θα προβεί σε κάποιο τακτικό η απεικονιστικο έλεγχο. Το μόνο μείον είναι η έλλειψη πάρκινγκ που δε διαθέτει και υπάρχει τρομερος περιορισμος στην ανεύρεση αυτού. Εχοντας δηλαδή κάποιο άτομο με κινητικά προβληματα πρέπει να το αφησεις στην είσοδο να περιμένει μέχρι ο οδηγός να βρει μέρος σταθμευσης. Προφανώς οι διοικητικοί εργαζόμενοι ήταν σε κάποιο δημόσιο νοσοκομείο και ότι χειρότερο μπορούσαν να μεταφέρουν το κάνανε με μεγάλο ζήλο. Το νοσηλευτικό και ιατρικό προσωπικό ήταν άψογο . Όμως όλα αυτά ακυρώνονται όταν φεύγοντας από το θάλαμο 12:00 είσαι στο λογιστήριο χωρίς να έχεις κάποιο πρόβλημα με τις πληρωμές και όλα αυτά!!! Και τελικά παίρνεις εξιτήριο μετά στις 14:30. Στην αναμονή μου βέβαια στην γραμματεία παρατήρησα ότι σε μια αναμονή μίας ώρας τρεις άνθρωποι ( μαζί με μένα) ήρθαν σε ρίξη με το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν και οι ύβρεις ήταν σύνηθες φαινόμενο. Δηλαδή στο δεκαωρο έχετε τριάντα ασθενείς που σας βρίζουν; Μήπως κάτι κάνετε λάθος; One of the worst experiences in a hospital.
