We booked the car one day in advance, we asked TWICE if everything is included in the price, the answer was: Yes, of course, no worries … But when we came for the car, we needed to pay much more because of the insurance that wasn’t included?!?! Definitely can ´t recommend this car rental. They should have told us before, when we asked about the price, they aren ´t honest at all!!!! And the car?! Haha, very old car and pretty dirty inside.

One day they give me quote for 26€/day with full insurance (i asked them 3 times if that is whole price - they confirmed. If that insurance cover all expenses on accidents made by me- they confirmed. also if i need anything else instead of driving license and money for rent - they told me that is everything what i need). Next day everything changed. Prices goes to 60/80€ per day (for full insurance car) and Asked me for 3k€ deposit. After 20minutes of negotiations i get half of my deposit from yesterday back and went away happy that i didn’t rent a car from them. Anastasia also confirmed that this is the way how they do this business (take your deposit, change conditions and hope you will let them your deposit). Unfortunately I didn’t read reviews before, but fully trust them.
M	Martina Brown Rockova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 star! Avoid if possible. We had a very bad experience with them too. They promise full insurance and GPS + car seat when you sign and pay deposit. When you come to pick the car up, they want additional cost for insurance as full insurance in their eyes is only comprehensive and third party with excess of 3000 euros. We reserved new car (asked for Hyundai i20) in group B three days before we picked it up. When we came back, the car was not there and we were offered Peugeot from 2011 with scratches and bumps all over. The car itself wouldn't cost 3000 euros to buy at that conditions, so why to have excess of 3000 euros! They were not willing to give refund but we pushed them as we had support from our back for payment protection. At the end we got full refund but they asked for 24% VAT of the car rental price, which in our case was 20 euros. We paid that but of course it was under the desk as no record of it that we paid it. BIG SCAM! AVOID! reply back after owner commented: There is a big difference between new car and 8 years old scratched/bumped car with the same insurance quote and excess of 3000 euros on both of them. I think you are missing the point. It is interesting that lots of people comment the same and you take nothing from it to improve. Anyway I am glad everything is over and for sure I don't recommend you at all.
A	Agostina Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM AND LIERS Be careful with this company specially with ANASTASIA, she offered us good price with full insurance for a new car. So we gave her a deposit. Next day we went to pick up the car and the price has changed almost double for the insurance that now was not included anymore. After a long discussion with anastasia we accept to take car because she didn't want to give us the deposit. Then she bought us a really bad condition and dirty car with one spare wheel on it! We realized about it when we stopped on the gas station to inflate the wheels because the where all flat. So we had to return, on the way back the light on the panel turn on indicated a failure on the engine! Totally dangerous!! Finally she gave us another car, we lost time and money with this shameless person. Please send aware of this kind of cheap rent car companies, we had a similar experience in the next door company.

Near the company office you can see some posters saying "only this week/day 70% discount" but later we found out that these posters stays there forever. Woman in the office offered us a VW Up for a price of 135€ for 3 days. I’ve asked 3 times if these prices include FULL insurance and everytime she answered with “yes”. We reserved a car and gave her 50€. Rest of the money we should bring next day when we pick up the car. On the next day we come to their office and already see two couples getting angry and arguing with them. At first we couldn’t understand why. :) Later when we got called to the office one man of the company invited us in his private office room. And I asked him if the price of 130€ for 3 days is with full insurance and he said yes it is but with excess of 850€ (can’t remember exact numbers). Then he said we can also choose full insurance with excess of 3000€ but the price will be 180€, or a full full full insurance with unlimited excess that would cost 240€ for 3 days :) so the price went from 135€ to 240€. So you get scammed and if you want to leave you wont get back those 50€ you already paid them. :)
