We found the gold at the end of the rainbow ? when we arrived here. From the moment we got out of the taxi there was someone waiting to show us where to go and take our luggage. We were greeting with a complementary drink at reception as we sat and enjoyed the view. Christina the manager then came to meet us (as she did most days asking if we were enjoying our stay and was there any help we needed with places to see etc) with the news we had been upgraded. We ate in the restaurant that evening and also on our last night, the food was awesome and service excellent if expensive, but what are holidays for. Cocktails were are not to be missed either. The best place to watch the sunset too. Our room was large and spotless, tastefully decorated with everything you needed. In the morning though when we opened the curtains (floor to ceiling windows that slide back) to see there was nothing but the cliff and sea in front of us was breathtaking, best room with view we have ever had. The sunken jacuzzi filled with bubbles.... windows pushed back ....sun pouring in ....glass of wine in hand ....and that view. Breakfast is included the choice was great and nothing disappointed. You can order and try as much as you want. All served efficiently with a smile too. It is a lovely walk down to the town were it gets very busy, wear sensible comfortable shoes there are lots of steps and steep areas, we were much fitter at the end of our week. It was always a lovely feeling to walk back to our quiet oasis and we are sure Sun Rocks .was the best place in that area. Pool area is spotless, very comfortable sun beds and lots of towels. Swimming pool is freezing but invigorating after a few minutes. We had snacks for lunch which were very tasty and one was enough for us both to share. Service from everyone was excellent and a cut above other places we have stayed. They set the bar high. Thank you for the most wonderful stay.

We stayed here in July 2019 and everything about this hotel is incredible. The views walking down to the check in will literally take your breath away. The staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The breakfast every morning tasted great with an unbelievable view. If we ever go back to Santorini, I assure you we are staying at Sun Rocks!

Picture-perfect place to stay on Santorini. Located in Firostefani, close to the main town of Fira, Sun Rocks sits right in the caldera where you’ll get the views you came here to post on Instagram. The room and property were sparkling clean, included breakfast was awesome, nice pool, and the sweetest service. You get what you pay for here.

Sun Rocks was everything we could have wanted in a hotel! It was like a private, quiet cave to relax in, the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of Fira. The hospitality of the manager Liz and her colleague Efthimis is unmatched. They both went out of their way to help my boyfriend and I reservations at restaurants, transportation, a winery, a yacht sunset tour (highly recommend), and ferry to our next island. The hotel is new and everything in the room was perfect 10/10 ?? the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the amenities were great. The hotel includes breakfast at their restaurant every morning, and even though they didn’t have any explicit vegan dishes on their menu, they made sure to have a spread of fruits, vegetables, avocado toast, coffee and mimosas every morning for us. It was wonderful. The wifi is also exceptionally fast here - we were pleasantly surprised! We cannot recommend this hotel enough, you will for sure enjoy your time on Santorini staying at Sun Rocks.

Sun Rocks hotel is absolutely amazing!!! When I was trying to figure out a place to stay in Santorini I was confused and torn at first, but Sun Rocks delivered and even exceeded my expectations. The entire staff Nikos, Arion and Syed were extremely friendly and warm and Liz was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. She also gave us a surprise upgrade to a luxury suite which gave us the ultimate Santorini experience with direct views of the beautiful caldera overlooking the Aegean Sea. If you are looking for the ultimate Santorini experience with breathtaking caldera views, nice, clean rooms and top notch customer service this is the place to come. I will returning here next year for sure!

Wow! This is a first class hotel. If you are looking for an authentic, beautifully designed, and centrally located boutique hotel, the Sun Rocks Santorini is perfect. It has parking, a pool and restaurant that hang right over the edge, and staff that go out of their way to make things perfect (from restaurant recommendations to subtle details throughout your stay.) We’ll be back and this will be our first choice. Cheers!

Unfortunately we stayed here as our first trip back to Europe and while the accomodation was very nice we had a unfortunate experience. During our stay we had three items go missing from our room and when we approached the staff about this they did little to help. We won’t be staying here again.

Staff and management were extremely helpful. We were offered an upgrade to the honeymoon suite which was a great surprise. The location is amazing. View is breathtaking. Rooms are very clean and have all amenities you need. Breakfast was very rich. A special thanks to staff at the restaurant and Liz, the property manager.
