Επόμενη κίνηση ειδοποίηση στην Δίωξη Ηλεκτρονικού Εγκλήματος I have been waiting for my order for 2 months, they are neither in the mail nor on the phone. Next move notification to the Cybercrime Prosecution
Y	Yann Vorg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανέμενα για ένα προϊόν 1 μήνα. Όπως οι περισσότεροι προσπαθούσα να επικοινωνήσω μάταια τηλεφωνικώς. Όταν τελικά κατάφερα να περάσω από το ίδιο το κατάστημα μου είπαν πως η παραγγελία μου ήταν σε κατάσταση "άρνησης παράδοσης" λόγω πιθανής φθοράς της συσκευασίας... Ζήτησα να παραγγείλουμε εκ νέου και αφού δέχτηκαν μου έστειλαν την επόμενη μειλ που μου δήλωναν πως απλώς μου επιστρέφουν τα χρήματα μου και ακυρώνεται η παραγγελία-ελπιζω να μου επιστραφούν πράγματι έστω τα χρήματα μου και να μην διαδρασω πάλι με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Waiting for a product for 1 month. Like most I tried to communicate in vain by phone. When I finally managed to go through the store itself, they told me that my order was in a state of "refusal of delivery" due to possible damage to the packaging ... I asked to order again and after they accepted they sent me the next e-mail stating that they are just refunding my money and the order is canceled - I hope my money is actually returned and I do not interact again with the specific store.
N	Nefeluckyy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα τηλέφωνα δεν τα σηκώνουν ποτέ. Η παραγγελία μέχρι στιγμής έχει κάνει πάνω από μήνα να έρθει (αν έρθει). Οι αξιολογήσεις με 4 και 5 αστεράκια μάλλον είναι από το προσωπικό. Αν κάνετε αγορές από αυτό το κατάστημα (που δεν το συστήνω), ΜΗΝ προπληρωσετε, κρίμα είναι Phones never pick them up. The order so far has taken over a month to come (if it comes). Ratings with 4 and 5 stars are probably from the staff. If you make purchases from this store (which I do not recommend), DO NOT prepay, it is a pity

d	despina kaplani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα σε όλους, μια συμβουλή, μακριά απο το κατάστημα αυτό, απίστευτη καθυστέρηση χωρίς καμία σωστή δικαιολογία, περιμένω 2 μήνες και ακόμη η εταιρεία προσπαθεί να παραλάβει, το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο αγενές, πληροφορίες μηδέν για την παραλαβή!! Είναι η χειρότερη εμπειρία ever. Good evening everyone, a tip, away from this store, unbelievable delay without any proper excuse, I am waiting 2 months and still the company is trying to receive, the call center rude, information zero for the receipt !! It is the worst experience ever.
B	Billy Kalistridis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το e mail έγραφε ότι η παραγγελία κάνει 10-20 εργάσιμες μέρες. Εμένα η παραγγελιά μου ήρθε μετά από 33 εργάσιμες μέρες. Κάλεσα μια μέρα πριν για να κλείσω ραντεβού κ όταν ήρθα να παραλάβω, έκατσα 10 λεπτά χωρίς ουρά, περιμένοντας την απόδειξη. Όταν είπα ότι περίμενα τόση ώρα για μια απόδειξη μου είπαν ότι: κόλλησε το σύστημα (Κλασικά) κ για αυτό λέμε να κλείνετε ραντεβού νωρίτερα. Απάντησα ότι : σας κάλεσα χθες κ μου είπατε να περάσω αύριο 10-15:00 για παραλαβή κ ότι θα σας έχουμε έτοιμη την απόδειξη. Τεσπά. Πείτε μου ένα λόγω να μη αγοράσει κάποιος από την Amazon? Κ να θέλει κάποιος να στηρίξει την Ελληνική αγορά δεν σε αφήνει . The e-mail wrote that the order takes 10-20 working days. My order came after 33 working days. I called the day before to make an appointment and when I came to pick up, I sat for 10 minutes without a queue, waiting for the receipt. When I said that I was waiting so long for a receipt, they told me that: the system (Classic) is stuck and that is why we say to make an appointment earlier. I replied that: I called you yesterday and you told me to pass tomorrow 10-15: 00 for receipt and that we will have the receipt ready for you. Tespa. Tell me one reason not to buy from Amazon? Even if someone wants to support the Greek market, he does not leave you.
