Συνεργαζόμασταν για πάνω από 35 χρόνια στην οικογενειακή επιχείρηση που διατηρούμε σε κεντρικότατο σημείο του Παγκρατίου (αρτοποιείο). Δυστυχώς δεν ξέρω αν έχει αλλάξει κάτι στη διεύθυνση της επιχείρησης ,αλλά είμαι απογοητευμένος από την εξυπηρέτηση και από τη συμπεριφορά του υπεύθυνου . Λόγω βλάβης της ταμειακής ζήτησα από κάποιο τεχνικό να έρθει να δεί το προβλημα . Καθότι κατάστημα λιανική πώλησης ζήτησα σε κάποιο εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα να έρθει ο τεχνικός. Σημειωτέων πως αρκετοί πελάτες δεν ψώνισαν λόγω του ότι δεν λειτουργούσε η ταμειακή μηχανή. Μετά από αρκετά τηλέφωνα και παρακλήσεις ,δεν φάνηκε κανένας τεχνικός για 2 ημέρες. Όταν ζήτησα να μιλήσω με τον υπεύθυνο(κ.Κώστα) και τον παρακάλεσα να λύσουμε το πρόβλημα μου απάντησε πως δυστυχώς έχει πολλές συνδέσεις και δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι (Τι θες να κάνω μου είπε) Έτσι απαντάνε σε πελάτες 35 ετών?? Ειλικρινά λυπάμαι για τη συμπεριφορά αυτή . Δυστυχώς η συμπεριφοράκαι το σερβισ είναι πολύ κατώτερο του κακού. Κάλεσα άλλη εταιρία τεχνικών η οποία ήρθε μεσα σε μια ώρα και διόρθωσε το πρόβλημα με επαγγελματισμό και κυρίως ΕΥΓΕΝΕΙΑ. I am unfortunately forced to make this comment about this business. We have been cooperating for over 35 years in the family business that we maintain in a very central part of Pagrati (bakery). Unfortunately I do not know if anything has changed in the management of the company, but I am disappointed with the service and the behavior of the manager. Due to a fault in the cash register, I asked a technician to come and see the problem. As a retail store I asked the technician to come within a reasonable time. It should be noted that many customers did not shop due to the fact that the cash register did not work. After several phone calls and requests, no technician was seen for 2 days. When I asked to talk to the person in charge (Mr. Costa) and I asked him to solve the problem, he replied that unfortunately he has many connections and can not do anything (What do you want me to do he told me) This is how they respond to 35 year old customers ?? I sincerely regret this behavior. Unfortunately, the behavior and the service are much lower than bad. I called another technician company which came within an hour and corrected the problem with professionalism and above all EVGENIA.
