s	sofia spentzou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απατεώνες!!! Μου έστειλαν καμένο υπολογιστή, το παραδέχτηκαν και μετά με ταλαιπωρούν για να μου στείλουν άλλο. Εδώ και δυο εβδομάδες μιλούν προσβλητικά και κοροϊδεύουν. Ακόμη υπολογιστή δεν έχω παραλάβει παρόλο που τους μίλησαν και από το αστυνομικό τμήμα. Απαίσιοι επαγγελματίες . Προσοχή!!! crooks!!! They sent me a burned computer, they admitted it and then they bother me to send me another one. For the past two weeks they have been talking insultingly and mockingly. I have not yet received a computer, although they were spoken to by the police department. Awful professionals. Caution!!!
G	Gadget Boy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση ! Πήγα τρεις κάρτες γραφικών για ανταλλαγή κι επειδή δεν υπήρχε αυτή που έψαχνα μεσολάβησε ο κύριος Μιχαλης και με εξυπηρέτησε. Πως με εξυπηρέτησε ; Με έναν τρόπο που κανένας άλλος δεν έχει κάνει ως τώρα σε μένα. Πήρε τηλέφωνο τον προμηθευτή του και αγόρασα μια ακόμη καλύτερη σε τιμή κόστους. Ναι ο άνθρωπος δεν έβγαλε κέρδος και αυτό το ξέρω γιατί πήγα εγώ και την πήρα. Μένω νέα Υόρκη τους περισσότερους μήνες και στην Αμερική αυτό που κρατάει τον πελάτη είναι το costumer service. Τα προϊόντα τα βρίσκεις και άλλου , το costumer service είναι αυτό που σε κρατάει κι εδώ πέρα πραγματικά έχουν!!!!!!! Οι υπάλληλοι του ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι. Διάβασα κάποιες κριτικές που κατά τη γνώμη μου αδικούν την επιχείρηση. Εν καιρό πανδημίας αν ο κούριερ καθυστερεί δε μπορούμε να επιπλήττουμε τον έμπορα. Στη τελική ήταν μια περίοδος που όλα μα ΟΛΑ όμως υπολειτουργούσαν. Προσωπικά όταν επισκέπτομαι την Ελλάδα και ξανά χρειαστώ κάτι επειγόντως ξέρω που να πάω. Επίσης πήγα στο μαγαζί του και γινόταν πανικός από παραγγελίες σε και το κατάστημα ήταν γεμάτο από κούτες έτοιμες προς αποστολή ! Αυτό σημαίνει πως έχει μεγάλο πελατολόγιο άρα είναι καλός! Ευχαριστώ για την εξυπηρέτηση ! Excellent service ! I went for three graphics cards for exchange and because there was no one I was looking for, Mr. Michalis intervened and served me. How did he serve me? In a way that no one else has done to me so far. He called his supplier and I bought an even better one at a cost price. Yes, the man did not make a profit and I know that because I went and got it. I live in New York most months and in America what keeps the customer is the costumer service. You can find the products elsewhere, the costumer service is what keeps you and here they really have !!!!!!! His employees are very kind and helpful. I read some reviews that in my opinion are unfair to the business. In a time of pandemic if the courier is late we can not scold the merchant. In the end it was a period when everything but EVERYTHING was malfunctioning. Personally, when I visit Greece and need something urgent again, I know where to go. I also went to his store and there was a panic about orders in and the store was full of boxes ready to ship! This means that it has a large clientele so it is good! Thanks for your help !

They send us wrong laptop, the next day we send it back and we are still waiting for money (2 weeks) We will keep calling and hopefully take the money back, or we will contact A LAYER. This is horrible !!!!!
