A	Andrea Pop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware this place doesn’t give cash back in case of a return. I purchased a pair of sunglasses and I decided to return them the next day. We phoned the shop to confirm if they accept returns as the business does not have a clear return policy visible to customers anywhere inside the shop nor on the receipt. The manager said they accept returns as long as the item is new and unworn which was my case. When I arrived to the shop I was refused the full refund and instead I was forced to choose another pair of sunglasses or even two as long as they are in the same price range. I made a bad choice but I wasn’t expecting to be unable to return the item and get a full cash refund instead. I think the business should make it more visible to their customers that this is not an option.

My sunglasses are very important to me as I have special lenses inside and the sun on Crete is very bright anyway, so I definitely needed a solution with my lenses or new sunglasses. I wrote a message to this store via google and they replied very fast, that they have the same model in store. Either way, they also offered to repair my sunglasses, even if I thought, that it would be impossible to repair the damage. When I arrived at the store, I didn’t want to buy the same model of my glasses as they were a little bit expensive, but the Optician, who was a very nice guy, still offered a repair. So I accepted. They needed one day, so I was told to pick up my sunglasses on the next day. I was totally happy with the repair of my sunglasses. It was €10,-. This was the “best case scenario” for me, as I had my sunglasses back and could see again with only spending €10,- This shop is very much recommended!

Went to Eye Wish and met Kostas who was just soo helpful, he fixed my broken glasses and even straightened my bent Ray Bans. So helpful and so friendly, the other staff in the shop also. I highly recommend Kostas (I hope I have his name correct here)
