 The prices are good, the variety is great but what makes you remember the store forever is the excellent servicer who offer both delivery time and customer behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte einen Notfall (Brillenbügel abgebrochen) und wurde durch einen Reiseblog auf diesen tollen Optiker aufmerksam. Die Brille konnte ich gleich wieder abholen - “no problem “ - als meine Freundin fragte, was das ganze kosten würde sagte die freundliche Besitzerin nur “no no, it’s free!”. Was für ein tolles Geschäft! Die nächste Brille im Urlaub wird hier gekauft - wo findet man noch so liebe und hilfsbereite Menschen - vielen Dank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute life savers! The arm on my glasses came off yesterday in Frankokastello. The screw broke off leaving a part of it still inside. I knew it would need to be drilled out so we got up early and drove to Chania this morning. We went to a couple of opticians but they didn't have the right tools. Then we came across Optic Art. As soon as we walked in I had hope. A very large, professional looking store with a lab! The owner said 'no problem' and about 15 minutes later my glasses were fixed. They had drilled out the screw, put a new screw in and a grommet to secure it tightly. While I was waiting I took a look at some of the frames. What a selection! If I lived I Chania this would be my go to optician. If you live in Chania it should be yours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can confirm that these guys are real life savers :) Went in on a saturday afternoon around 2pm a couple minutes before end of business with my broken glasses(last pair) and the time constraint that we had to check out on sunday morning already. No problem for Optic-Art ;) The doctor came from the other shop, took the measurements and we bought 2 very stylish pairs of glasses, because of the excellent value for money. I would have bought a new pair of prescribed sunglasses as well, if the time allowed it;) It has been the best experience so far in my lifetime! So if you are in Chania, don't lose time and go to Optic-Art :)
