★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very poor experience with this company, purchasing a bus ticket to Skopje, Macedonia that was an interim stop on the way to Serbia. I purchased a ticket to Skopje but the bus dropped me off at a gas station 25 kilometres outside the city and told me I had to get a taxi the rest of the way. Problem is, with no sim card and no macedonian denars (the exchanges in Thessaloniki couldn't sell me any) I had to hitchhike the rest of the way. Don't sell a ticket to Skopje if you aren't going to drop people off there and it is very irresponsible to drop people off at a location without a plan on how they should reach the city. This doesnt include the fact that the bus was an hour late for pickup at Thessaloniki so I was dropped off at dusk and was hitchhiking in the dark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well... for those who like bus travel with smoking staff it’s okay. Let’s say honestly some of the staffs are very nice, some other aren’t. Terms and conditions are not to be found anywhere... so be aware that you can’t be refunded one week in advance if you’d like to cancel the return journey because you didn’t like the experience of the first way. Aaaand it’s quite expensive in comparison to the train which costs only 8€ (in real beds where you could at least sleep), but which unfortunately runs only seasonally :(
