★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best restaurants in Kythira. All the dishes we ordered were extremely tasty and nicely serves. The portion could be bigger. Staff polite and fast. Price wise I believe is one of the expensive of the island but it has quite good quality. I totally recommend it as a place to eat. Tip! Book a table in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost Micheline star quality food. Unexpected diamond in a hidden traditional village. Greek dishes with a contemporary twist. Exemplary explanations, service and immaculate presentation. A unique geranium liqueur. Other restaurants on the island are what you would call, traditional, regional home-style cooking, but this was something up-market, different and SPECIAL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kithira’s most sophisticated restaurant, but laid back and friendly. Dishes were elegant and delicate, service was excellent and relaxed. If you brought something nice to wear, this is where you can show it off. And hopefully you don’t have an issue with cats because they are very comfortable with the guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem in the village of Fratsia. The menu has both Cretan and Kytherian influences. The wine list is up to date and offers interesting choices. We tried one of the tomato salads and the chicken meatballs for starters. They were ok. What was really unforgettable was the main dishes. We tried the ragu beef with pasta ( dish of the day) and the chicken fillet. There is no dessert in the menu but the rhubarb liquer we were brought at the end was excellent. It is busy during August so you will need a reservation in order to find a table. Service was slow but polite and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appetizers were interesting .Main dishes overstimated. The food experience is not only a well served dish. You can’t enjoy your food when the place is full of wasps. The smell of burning greek coffee is very annoying also.
Hope to find a better way to fight wasps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place with special meals that have their own touch and flavours. Although not local dishes, the ingredients are from the island and the taste among the best I ve had. A simple dish with courgettes was a wonder in the mouth . Service was fast and friendly!

Papardelae with mushroom pesto were so good that we couldn't keep our hands off it to take a photo.
The Mytelene domadakia were a relevation.
The local Stratigos rose wine excellently accompanied everything.
The desserts were good, but not as impressive as the actual food.
Price tag very sensitive.
Definitely recommend!
