Απογοητευτικό. Η απουσία καθαριότητας λέει πολλά νομίζω. Δεν θα σχολιάσω κάτι παραπάνω.

Απογοητευτικό. Η απουσία καθαριότητας, Να προσπαθείς να κανείς μπάνιο και να μην έχει πιέσει το νερό ,το Ίντερνετ δεν έπιανε πουθενά

Καθαρό δωμάτιο, αλλά μικρό και παλιό. Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα είναι ότι δεν είχε καθόλου πίεση το ζεστό νερό και το μπάνιο ήταν εφικτό μόνο με παγωμένο. Θα το συνιστούσα μόνο λόγω χαμηλής τιμής και για ελάχιστες μέρες. Εύκολα προσβάσιμο και πάρκινγκ.

Από τα χειρότερα μέρη διαμονής.. το βασικότερο πρόβλημα για εμένα ήταν η έλλειψη ασφαλείας.. δεν υπάρχει ρεσεψιόν η κεντρική πόρτα είναι πάντα ανοιχτή και οποίος θέλει μπορεί να μπει. Τα δωμάτια καθαρά, το μπάνιο πολύ παλαιό. Ο χώρος γύρω από τα δωμάτια παραμελημένος με πολλά χορτάρια. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν η εισβολή της καθαρίστριας το πρωί της αναχώρησης απλά άνοιξε την πόρτα και μπήκε (ζήτησε συγνώμη αλλά…) ..!

Ανύπαρκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Πήραμε 4 διαφορετικά τηλέφωνα και δεν μας απαντούσε κανείς. Μετά από 10 προσπάθειες επικοινωνίας περιμέναμε 30 λεπτά να έρθει ο υπεύθυνος να μας δώσει τα κλειδιά του δωματίου. Το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να το χαρακτηρίσει κάποιος "μέτριο". Μέτρια καθαριότητα στα τυπικά ενώ βρέθηκαν έντομα και για κάποιο μυστηριώδη λόγο ακαθαρσίες πτηνών στα πλακάκια του τοίχου του μπάνιου. Να σημειωθεί ότι τα εσωτερικά κουφώματα είναι ξύλινα με μηδαμινή ηχομόνωση. Οι πόρτες των δωματίων γενικά είναι της προηγούμενης χιλιετίας εκπέμποντας μια αύρα ανασφάλειας. Ικανοποιητικές παροχές, Wifi, τηλεόραση, κλιματιστικό, ζεστό νερό και ψυγείο. Ωστόσο το ζεστό νερό του θερμοσίφωνα έρχεται με πολλές διακοπές με απελπιστικά χαμηλή πίεση. Έχει κάποια οικιακά σκεύη σε μέτρια κατάσταση. Θέα σχετικά μέτρια προς κακή.  Κοντά στην θάλασσα. Χωρίς επαρκή χώρο στάθμευσης για όλα τα δωμάτια. Για 40€ την βραδιά στην Νικιάνα της Λευκάδας σε τουριστική περίοδο είναι μια επαρκής λύση για  προσωρινή (ολιγοήμερη) διαμονή. Συνιστώ αρκεί να μην έχετε άλλη καλύτερη λύση. Υ.Γ.: Στις φωτογραφίες δεν φαίνονται το κρεβάτι και το κομοδίνο. Καινούργιο κρεβάτι υπέρδιπλο (ίσως το μοναδικό θετικό σε όλο δωμάτιο).

Wonderful place to spend a vacation. Place very clean and quiet.Near to beautiful beaches and restaurants. The owner and her sister offer me a excellent service and let me enjoy my vacation

Simply shabby. It really need to be renewed. Noisy because of the street and a very loud fridge. AC was working but dripping in the room making a lake. I would not recommend to stay there to anybody. It doesn't really worth the price.

If there was a possibility to give 0 stars I would give it to this place. The worst studios I have ever been in my life. First of all, rooms for 2 persons small and dirty, furniture old and broken. All over the walls were marks of killed mosquitoes and under the bed was tone of dust. Secondly, the "kitchen" very bad. We didn't have proper dishes, we had to call the housekeeping lady to give us spoons, knives, bowls. Fridge was too loud, seriously, I couldn't sleep at night how noisy it was so I had to turn it off. Thirdly, toilet horrible. Too small, dirty, we couldn't close the door. Toilet seat was broken, curtain for shower had mould. Fourthly, air conditioning. We wanted to use air conditioning because it was too hot in the room, and well it was 3 euros per day and when we turned on something came out of it. Some small dirty things, I guess it wasn't used that much. Well, air conditioning was leaking inside the room. So we had to put some bucket under it and that's how we used it. When we addressed the problem to owner he said that he will fix everything. He didn't, even though we told him about it couple times. Fifthly, there is no privacy here. You can here everything through the door and walls. Everyone going out and in the room you here the doors, someone going to the toilet upstairs or in the next room you hear everything. I don't recommend this studios. Owner for sure should invest in this place. There are too many holes in it and it could be such a lovely place because it's really on good location. Overall, lefkada is a beautiful island, beaches and sea are unreal. Really amassing landscape and environment. Everyone should go there on summer vacation, and experience the beauty of Ioanian sea. I don't regret coming here, I didn't let this studios to ruin my vacation.
