The apartments are extremely clean. They are located in a beautiful location, away from the street in the yard that divides several houses and taverns. You can always find shade for parking. Although not large rooms, the space in them is nicely used, so everything works perfectly. The colors and details are chosen with taste, with a combination of modern and traditional. The apartments have everything, iron, hair dryer, clothes pegs, device with mosquito tablets. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils: sherpa, pan, cups, glasses, plates, ladle ... toaster, kettle, detergent with sponge for dishes, cloth, tablecloth ... And if you thank something, the owners are more than helpful to make your vacation as comfortable as possible.

Apartments Nika are located in Nikiana, a place on the island of Lefkada which is 7-8 km away from the capital Lefkada. It has a large parking lot in the olive grove, located just 20 meters from the beach. On the beach is the restaurant Breath of Zorba, which is spacious, quiet, with a nice offer of meals, drinks, coffee and ice cream. There is also an open playroom for children. The beach also has a pontoon jump for children, and in the evening the place is ideal for anglers. The beach is completely free and the whole is available to all guests free of charge. The beach is great, with white small stones and green-blue clear sea, no wind and no big waves. The apartments are completely tidy, with a modern bathroom, large spacious terrace, impeccable cleanliness. Half of them have a sea view. It has internet, air conditioning, LED TV with satellite dish, always hot water. On the third day, the apartments are cleaned to the last detail, towels and bed linen are changed. Only the kitchen is small, cramped and quite impractical, although it has the necessary utensils. This is a really great place for couples and families with children for a longer vacation.
