Lo único que le salva las vistas(mal aprovechadas). La estancia empezó mal, nos recibieron en el hall con toda la familia, sin mascarillas y encima cuando estábamos rellenando el formulario sobre el covid, la recepcionista sin mascarilla y fumando. Reservamos una habitación con aire acondicionado, pero sorpresa no había ninguna(33°C a la noche) y por si fuera poco había ropa de otra gente en el armario que supuestamente era para nuestro uso. Las instalaciones muy viejas, la mitad de los enchufes no funcionaban, la antena de TV tampoco y la luz principal estaba fundida. La ducha era poco más que un chorro de agua, casi sin poder aclararnos el jabón. En fin, menos mal que estuvimos solo un día porque no dormimos en toda la noche, fue la peor estancia y la más cara de todo el viaje a Grecia. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Nada recomendable. Cogimos un apartamento con aire acondicionado, pero llegamos y resulta que no había, asi que no pudimos dormir en toda la noche con más de 30 grados. Abrimos las ventanas, pero los mosquitos y la música que se oía de alguna discoteca tampoco nos dejaron dormir. En la ducha salía muy poca agua, por lo que se me hizo dificil aclarar hasta el champú de la cabeza. Muchos de los enchufes no funcionaban, tampoco la luz principal (sala de estar- cocina). La mujer de recepción nos hizo rellenar un formulario sobre el covid con un cigarro en la boca. Suerte que solo estuvimos una noche, la última de nuestro viaje a Grecia, la más cara de los 4 hoteles que estuvimos, y la peor.

להתרחק כמו מאש מהמקום הזה!!! מיושן ולא נעים. הגענו בסוף יום ארוך ללינה לפני הטיסה הביתה עם הזמנה מראש באתר hotel, בעלת המקום עשתה הכל כדי שנלך למקום אחר ולאחר כשעה שלא נתנה לנו חדרים הלכנו למקום אחר. בושה שככה מתייחסים לתיירים ואורחים - אל תפרנסו אותה.

worst experience of my life

Do not come here!! We booked one night in advance, chose this place for the proximity to the airport and the photos looked ok. Unfortunately, I would rather sleep on the street than at this place!! We arrived at the announced time to an empty reception and no one around (middle of afternoon on weekday). We waited 15 minutes for a lady to turn up and take my id and made me sign a paper then took us to the unfortunate room. Instantly upon opening the door we realized that this was not the room we had booked, when i mentioned this to her she just said that she was exceptionally checking us in and that for any questions etc we would need to wait for the owner to arrive. I called her myself to see what time she would arrive and she said that she was on her way and would be with us in 30 minutes. During this time we continued to examine the room and got more and more disgusted by the minute. FYI, We are both experienced travelers, and have been in places in Asia that would shock most but at least the price corresponds to the room and the pictures were honest. This place was one of the most expensive places we booked in our whole stay in Greece, every picture is false advertising !! Firstly the appartements are extremely old looking and nothing has been replaced in years, the so called "sofa bed" is more like a chunk of wood with a cover over it. The kitchen was supposed to have a stove and cooking area, the fridge barely worked, there wasn't even a kettle. No tv as announced on the website, 1 out of 6 lights worked, there was mold in the bathroom, half used soap, bathroom window can be opened from outside the room, anyone can look at you whilst showering... The AC was broken and clearly had been for awhile, the street outside was full of rubbish even outside the hotel doors. The so called "Egyptian cotton" bedding was clearly left in Egypt as there was nothing of the sort, not even a blanket for sofa bed... The list is endless. An hour and a half passed and i called the owner again to see what was going on and if we should continue to wait for her. She said again that she is on her way and would arrive in 30 minutes.... 3 hours later it was dark and she still hadn't arrived, i had called her numerous times and by the end of it she was just refusing my calls. We understood that she would not be turning up, we felt very silly after waiting for her arrival for the whole evening. At 9.30 pm at night, she sent me a message saying that "she is busy and not in the office", let's just say that after that we had really had enough, we sent a text saying we were leaving and left the keys in the mailbox, we drove 5 minutes down the road to Efi appartements and booked a night here, cheaper and 5 stars compared to Faros!! Honestly, please save your money and time, do not come to faros appartements, the service is terrible, rooms overpriced, false advertising, no personnel, i honestly think that this place should be shut down... No respect for the customers, it was our last night in Greece and we were so disappointed with our experience here, we will never forget.
