Αγόρασα ένα τζιν το οποίο λόγω μη σωστής εφαρμογής επέστρεψα κ η επιστροφή χρημάτων ήρθε με κράτηση ποσού 10 ευρώ λόγω λέει πολιτικής του καταστήματος ενώ αρχικά με είχαν ενημερώσει για 5 ευρώ κόστος επιστροφής!!! 10 ευρώ τη στιγμή που τα περισσότερα on line καταστήματα δεν κάνουν καμμία κράτηση ποσού καν!! Έλεος....
Completely unprofessional behavior. I bought a pair of jeans which due to incorrect application I returned and the refund came with a reservation of 10 euros due to the store's policy says while initially I was informed about 5 euros return cost !!! 10 euros at a time when most online stores do not even make a reservation !! Mercy....
