★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έψαχνα ένα κινητό που δεν έβρισκα στην Αθήνα Υπήρχαν μόνο δύο κομμάτια στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα Μίλησα με τον ιδιοκτήτη και ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός Έκανα την αγορά με ένα μικρό φόβο γι αυτήν την αγορά Ο άνθρωπος όμως με ενημέρωνε συνέχεια για την εξέλιξη της αποστολής
Τα ΕΛΤΑ courier είναι γεγονός ότι δημιουργούν μεγάλο θέμα με τις παραδόσεις πόσο μάλλον μέσα στις γιορτές και θα συμφωνήσω με ένα σχόλιο που γράφτηκε Καλύτερα να δίνουμε 4 ευρώ παραπάνω και να στέλνονται με άλλο courier
Ο άνθρωπος όμως ενδιαφέρθηκε για το μπέρδεμα και την καθυστέρηση που υπήρξε με τα courier, με κάλεσε στο κινητό, έλυσε το πρόβλημα που δημιουργήθηκε και ζήτησε να μου σταλεί άμεσα Την επόμενη μέρα παρέλαβα το κινητό στο σπίτι Ευχαριστώ πολύ τον ιδιοκτήτη για την καλή του διάθεση και την βοήθεια του Καλή χρονιά
I was looking for a mobile phone that I could not find in Athens. There were only two pieces in the specific store. I talked to the owner and he was very polite and helpful.
The ELTA couriers are a fact that they create a big issue with the deliveries, especially during the holidays and I will agree with a comment that was written.
But the man was interested in the confusion and the delay with the couriers, called me on my cell phone, solved the problem and asked to be sent to me immediately. The next day I received the cell phone at home. Thank you very much to the owner for his good mood and the help of Happy New Year

Ένα μόνο παράπονο και θα πρότεινα να το διορθώσουν είναι η αποστολή των προϊόντων μέσο της εταιρείας ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση μεγάλη καθυστέρηση και σε φτάνουν στα όρια της αγανάκτησης δεν πρόκειται να ξανά παραγγείλω εάν συνεχίσουν να στέλνουν με ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ. Καλύτερα δυο τρία ευρώ παρά πάνω και σωστή εξυπηρέτηση παρά αυτό το χαλί...
Flawless service very good experience I would use it again with my eyes closed. The only complaint and I would suggest to correct it is the shipment of the products through the company ELTA courier unacceptable service long delay and they reach the limits of indignation I will not order again if they continue to send by ELTA courier. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο εν λόγω κύριος αρχικά δεν δέχεται για αγορές άνω των 150€ αντικαταβολή ενώ βάσει νόμου η αντικαταβολή είναι μέχρι 500€. Επίσης τα τηλέφωνα τα απαντάει όποτε θέλει και αν θέλει. Σήμερα είχαμε κλείσει ραντεβού(λόγω εορταστικού ωραρίου είπε ότι δεν τηρεί το ωράριο που γράφει το "μαγαζί") στις 11:30 για την αγορά ενός κινητού,έκανα 30 χλμ για να πάω στο "μαγαζί" το οποίο πληροφοριακά δεν το ξέρει κανένας στην γειτονιά γιατί αποτι φαίνεται δεν υπάρχει και μέσα σε αυτούς που ρωτούσα πέτυχα έναν ακόμα που έψαχνε ακριβώς το ίδιο "μαγαζί" και έπαιρνε και στο σταθερό και στο κινητό επί μισή ώρα χωρίς να μπορεί να επικοινωνήσει μαζί του. Είσαι τουλάχιστον ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΣ ξέροντας ότι έχουμε και ραντεβού και ότι θα διανύσω αυτήν την διαδρομή ακόμη και να σου έτυχε κάτι να μην ενημερώσεις αλλά αποτι φαίνεται είσαι ΣΚΕΤΗ ΑΠΑΤΗ!
The said owner initially does not accept cash on delivery for purchases over 150 € while according to law the cash on delivery is up to 500 €. He also answers the phones whenever he wants and if he wants. Today we had an appointment (due to festive hours he said that he does not follow the schedule written by the "shop") at 11:30 to buy a mobile phone, I did 30 km to go to the "shop" which informationally no one in the neighborhood knows because apparently it does not exist and among those I asked I succeeded another who was looking for the exact same "store" and took both landline and mobile for half an hour without being able to contact him. You are at least UNACCEPTABLE knowing that we have an appointment and that I will go through this route even if something happened to you not to inform but it seems you are a REAL FRAUD!

Πήγα στην περιοχή κατόπιν ραντεβού διασχίζοντας όλη την πόλη για παράδοση κινητου
Δεν υπήρχε μαγαζί στην συγκεκριμένη οδό παρά η είσοδος μιας πυλοτης
Προσπάθησα ( 11.45 πμ μέρα Παρασκευή) να βρω τον καθ' ου αλλά το λαμόγιο είχε εκτροπη στον τηλεφωνητή ενώ το σταθερό δεν απαντούσε.
Αποριας άξιον είναι πως ο κόσμος εμπιστεύεται τετοια "μαγαζιά"
Δηλ να πάρεις κάτι που να σε βγάλει πρόβλημα και μετά να ψάχνεις το "μην τον οείδατε...."

*Η απάντηση μου στο σχόλιο σας: Η παραγγελία έγινε μέσω του site σας και προπληρώθηκε. Μετά απο μια εβδομάδα έστειλα κάποιον να το παραλάβει δεν ήρθα εγώ η ίδια απο εκεί. Τι εννοείτε αν έχει κάποια διαφορά απο τη φωτογραφία του προμηθευτή; Υποτίθεται δεν είμαι εγώ ευγενική με την αξιολόγηση μου αλλά εσείς συνεχίζεται να με δουλεύετε. Το θέμα δεν είναι η επιστροφή του προϊόντος αλλά να μην κοροϊδεύετε τον κόσμο. Δε θα μπορούσε να είναι κάτι άλλο πέρα απο ένα απλό στικάκι εννοείται αλλά να είναι το στικάκι της φωτογραφίας όχι κάτι εντελώς διαφορετικο.

* My answer to your comment: The order was placed through your site and prepaid. After a week I sent someone to pick it up, I did not come from there myself. What do you mean if it is any different from the supplier's photo? I'm not supposed to be polite with my assessment but you keep working with me. The point is not to return the product but not to fool people. It could not be anything other than a simple sticker of course but to be the sticker of the photo not something completely different.
