★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service support was such a bad experience. I wanted to make a modification in my booking and there was not any contact number but only chat available. Iliana who replied in my chat just said that she cannot do anything to assist me. I would NEVER suggest anyone to book with Ferryscanner as in case of any amendment there is nobody available to assist you and the company does not care and does not offer any solution. Not at all customer oriented service. Such a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s no reason using them. Staying under a pavilion with around 40 people and waiting for boarding. Ionian Cruises left the port without boarding or action to catch the people. When you are really in struggle and connecting ferryscanner they can do nothing and let you know you’re “confused”, no refund possible. Book in local stores and save 20% anyways. And book finka lines! Don’t book Ionian Cruises from Saranda! In 15 years of travelling never made an experience like that one.

I had contacted Ferryscanner customer service, via chat, and I had been served by Katerina, who was exceptional in her job. With a simple way and few questions, she helped so our request, had been resolved.
definitely i will use again ferryscanner.

She went the extra mile as the payment system for the change fee did not work and so exceptionally she allowed for the change anyway. Highly recommended service.
