★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Textbook sales approach. Smile-compliment-ask questions-connect-sell. It is so flat and so robotic you can smell the fake-ness from a mile. And it smells bad.
To make them drop their smiley and polite facade you only need to be less accommodating. Resist giving your personal info without a GDPR consent and they immediately become rude, angry, sharp and dismissive. And this regards the staff in the office building.
It's 2020 time to renew your flea market approach.
