Οι ιδιοι αφου ενημερωθηκαν για το προβλημα μου μου ειπαν να τους στειλω μια φωτογραφια στο facebook με τα σημαδια και δεν ξανα ασχολήθηκαν μαζι μου καθως ουτες μπήκαν στον κοπο να δουν την φωτογραφια που τους είχα στειλει! Unacceptable. I did a laser session and after a while I filled small burns. After being informed of my problem, they told me to send them a photo on Facebook with the signs and they did not deal with me again as they took the trouble to see the photo I had sent them!

Παντα δικαιολογιες για το τηλεφωνικο κεντρο οτι δεν λειτουργει, ο αρμοδιος λειπει, δεν ξερουν ποιος θα ειναι στο λογιστηριο. Unacceptable! Ζητήθηκε από τον γιατρό να γεμίσει τη σύριγγα με το προϊόν μεζοθεραπειας μπροστά μου για να είμαι σίγουρη και δεν έπραξε όπως του ζήτησα ούτε δείχνει ημερομηνία λήξης του προϊόντος. Δεν ξέρεις τελικά τι προϊόν χρησιμοποιουν προσέξτε επίσης ότι κάνουν μεζοθεραπειας χωρίς κρέμα αναισθησία οπότε προετοιμαστειτε να πονέσετε. They have said that it is convincing but their professionalism is almost unacceptable. Οι λόγοι για να αποφύγετε το συγκεκριμένο κέντρο είναι απλά αμέτρητοι: καμία συνέπεια στις ώρες και τις μέρες των ραντεβου, το προσωπικό το ίδιο δεν αντέχει τον τρόπο «λειτουργίας» και αλλάζει ανα μήνα, καμία μα καμία αξιοπιστία, δεν κόβουν αποδείξεις, σε κοροϊδεύουν και το κάνουν εξαιρετικά απροκάλυπτα, το μηχάνημα του laser «χαλάει» συνεχώς και πολλά άλλα. Δώστε τα λεφτά σας κάπου που αξίζει και που δε θα σας παρει 3 Χρονια να κάνετε 9 συνεδρίες laser (και να φέρονται σα να σας κάνουν και χάρη). Παράλληλα με αυτούς ξεκίνησα και σα άλλο κέντρο που είναι συνεπέστατοι και ο μόνος λόγος που παραμένω και εκεί είναι γιατί αρνούμαι να τους χαρίσω τα χρηματα μου! Δεν τους αξίζει ούτε ευρώ! If there was a zero score I would put it without 2nd thought! The reasons to avoid this center are simply innumerable: no consequences on the hours and days of the appointments, the staff themselves can't stand the way it "works" and changes every month, no credibility, they don't cut receipts, they make fun of you they do it extremely openly, the laser machine "breaks down" all the time and much more. Give your money somewhere that is worth it and that won't take you 3 years to do 9 laser sessions (and behave like they're doing you a favor). At the same time, I started with them as another center that is very consistent and the only reason I stay there is because I refuse to give them my money! They don't even deserve euros!
