Εξαιρετικα δωματια και η κ. Μαρια ειναι γλυκυτατη κ εξυπηρετικη!

Καθαρά δωμάτια, ησυχία, θέα, κοντά σέ όλα.

Εξαιρετικά τα δωμάτια με άνεση πολύ εξυπηρέτηση καθημερινή καθαριότητα και τακτοποίηση του δωματιου. Βλέπουν θέα το Κάστρο. Η Μαρία πολύ ευγενική και ευχάριστη !!!!! Σίγουρα θα έρθω ξανά και πάλι στα ίδια δωμάτια !!!!!!!

Καινούργια δωμάτια. Η κυρία Μαρία πάντα πρόθυμη να σε εξυπηρετήσει.

Καινούργια ευρύχωρα στούντιο με μεγάλα μπαλκόνια και ωραία θέα στο κάστρο.Η κυρία Μαρία πολύ κατατοπιστική σχετικά με πληροφορίες που χρειαστηκαμε για το νησί.

Very good and high hospitality

I have just stayed here, and, WOW, amazing. Set in a beautiful secluded valley (with two lovely little churches across the road), the studios look out across to Chora, with its beautiful castle, and a view of the sea. The owner, Maria, has had a long background in hospitality and it shows -- she has great tourist advice, and keeps the place looking clean and beautiful. Her garden is to die for....Can't recommend enough (but you will need a car -- you need one on Kythera anyway).

☢️☢️Let me start but saying "STAY AWAY" from this place.☢️☢️ I think it's important to start from the cons as guests must be WARNED! The owner "Mrs Maria" is an unprofessional and unreasonable hostess. Cons: 1. She failed to collect any type of upfront payment and withheld our passports even though we insisted for the opposite. She blamed that on us I'm not sure why. She also claimed that she has similarities with Kerberos you know from the Greek mythology trying to convince us that our passports are secure. 2. The flush in one of the two restrooms was leaking. Her solution was to enter our room without our knowledge and lock that restroom completely. As you can imagine when we came back in the room we thought the door was stuck and we were trying for a long time to unstuck it lol. Its a miracle we didn't break it by any mistake. 3. Our room didn't have any wifi reception. She claimed that it's due to the fact that the walls are made from concrete. Obviously this doesn't make any sense as its as easy as installing another Access Point (The room had windows too). We were told to use the wifi at the garden area that didn't work either. We had to walk up to the reception, and that she didn't like. 4. She complained to our friend (was staying in a different room) about his excessive use of water in the shower floor. Go figure. 5. She entered our apartments at any moment even though she was instructed literally the opposite. When we caught her entering without our permission she claimed that it's her property and she can enter at any time. As a result, at some point she entered while I was half naked which was obviously violating my privacy. 6. While I was trying to pay her for the room she said "What do you think its here!!! We are a hotel and we have a reception and you must be an XXXX to not get that!". There was 0 sign there is a reception anywhere. When renting rooms usually in Greece you pay directly the owner. 7. She yelled at our friend and told him about some country neighbor construction workers she hired to build the property and how she was the boss and made them work for long hours. 8. She called our friend several bad names and threaten to call the police because my friend asked her to validate the price we had initially agreed on. 9.She was extremely impolite at all times we were at the property (we were only there for sleep). Whenever she didn't like what were doing she would threaten to call the police or call her husband to beat you up!!!!! It's not worth spending more time telling you to Stay Away, I hope you get the message!!!! Why did we choose this place, well it was suggested by a friend since we came on the island at the last minute while everything else was booked. If this is your last resort just stay away go somewhere else, rent a tent. Some of us were Greeks and some from the States. I think this was an issue with her as she told us "You are coming from NYC and bringing your Covid with you (sounds like Trump). We don't want that here and we don't want you to make us sick!!!" I mean what the hell!!! Pros 1. The police never came ;)! ???? 2. Tomorrow I'm moving to a different place!!!
