The owner is amazing, very friendly and willing to help in every situation.
Our room had a great patio where you can stare at the sea. The bed was amazing and very comfortable...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would easily earn a 5* hotel name. Simply amazing, excellent service and amenities, the view was fantastic and the matress was so comfortable that you didn't want to wake up. We extened our stay because of this room. I would definitely recommend it and for sure I'll visit it again.

When you get to be in a place like Kythera isle and sleep on a bed so comfortable as this, when you enter on such a clean and elegant residence with full amenities for a family and on top of that when your host is this incredible guy called Akis, there is nothing more you need for a memorable holiday. The owner will do whatever it takes for you and your family to have a great time and he does so because he really loves it. Now he's got a huge problem though because our family will want to visit him every year from now on!!! Thanks a lot Akis, we would give you a sixth star if there was one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing stay at Kithira island! The residences are new with attention to every single detail and situated in a fantastic village. Akis , the owner, is very eager to provide an excellent customer service that exceeds customer's expectations. The hospitality was great! The residence is very comfortable and well equipped, the view is amazing, the beach is right in front of the residence with crystal clear waters and the center of Kithira in really close distance...thank you, Akis, for enhancing a great time at Kithira!!!
