★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρά πολύ ωραία εμπειρία η διαμονή στον χώρο. Η θέα στον κάμπο μας άρεσε πολύ. οι χώροι του δωματίου πολύ ωραίοι και καθαροί κάθε μέρα. Έχει ελεύθερο Parking στον χώρο του οικοπέδου και η τοποθεσία είναι στο κάτω Λειβαδι που σημαίνει ισαπέχει από όλα τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού.
 Very nice experience staying in the area. We really liked the view of the plain. the rooms of the room very nice and clean every day. It has free parking on the plot and the location is in lower Livadi which means it is equidistant from all the sights of the island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η καλύτερη επιλογή για διαμονή στο νησί.Μικρή απόσταση από τη χώρα και το Λιβάδι.Ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ.Το διαμέρισμα που μείναμε είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα.Η καθαριότητα ήταν καθημερινή και σχολαστική.Οι άνθρωποι ευγενέστατοι.Εννοείται ότι το προτείναμε σε φίλους.
The best choice for accommodation on the island. Short distance from the town and Livadi. Private parking. The apartment we stayed had everything necessary. The cleaning was daily and meticulous. The people were very kind. Of course we recommended it to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καθαρό, οικονομικο και άνετο διαμέρισμα. Δεν θα έλεγα ότι βρίσκεται στη πιο βολική περιοχή, (τουλάχιστον 15 λεπτά οδήγηση για παραλίες), αλλα για όποιον θέλει ησυχία είναι ιδανικό.
Very clean, economical and comfortable apartment. I would not say that it is located in the most convenient area (at least 15 minutes drive to beaches), but for anyone who wants peace it is ideal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάθε φορά που ερχόμαστε Κύθηρα μένουμε στον κ. Γιαννικα. Όμορφα και καθαρά δωμάτια, με ωραία θέα και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Κοντά σχετικά στις παραλίες Χαλκός και Φυρρη άμμος, όπως και στη χώρα και στο Καψάλι. Ο κ. Γιαννικας πάντα πρόθυμος να καθοδηγήσει. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
Every time we come to Kythira we stay with Mr. Giannikas. Beautiful and clean rooms, with nice views and in a very good location. Relatively close to the beaches of Chalkos and Firri Ammos, as well as in the country and in Kapsali. Mr. Giannikas is always willing to guide. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άνετα, πεντακάθαρα και ευρύχωρα δωμάτια. Ωραίος κήπος και εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, ευγενεστατοι ιδιοκτήτες. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε στα διαμερίσματα του κυρίου Γιαννικα και μένουμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία (κοντά στις παραλίες Φυρή άμμος και Χαλκός και κοντά στην χώρα των Κυθήρων και το Καψάλι).
Comfortable, spotless and spacious rooms. Nice garden and easy parking. Very helpful, very kind owners. This is the second time we are staying in Mr. Giannika's apartments and we are completely satisfied. Very convenient location (near the beaches Fyri Ammos and Halkos and near the town of Kythera and Kapsali).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μην ψάχνετε άλλο για διαμονή, εδώ θα βρείτε ότι μπορεί να χρειάζεστε. Άνετα και οικονομικά δωμάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με τρομερή καθαριότητα και με τραπεζάκι στον κήπο. Κοντινή τοποθεσία για Χώρα και Λειβάδι, έχουν και χώρο να παρκάρεις. Το πιο βασικό όμως είναι οι ευγένεια των ανθρώπων, πάντα χαμογελαστοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Αν ποτέ ξανάρθω Κύθηρα δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να μείνω αλλού. Μπράβο σας!
Look no further for accommodation, here you will find everything you may need. Comfortable and economical rooms, fully equipped with awesome cleanliness and a garden table. Nearby location for Chora and Livadi, they also have space to park. But the most important thing is the kindness of the people, always smiling and helpful! If I ever return to Kythira there is no way I can stay elsewhere. Well done!

Wonderful person, hospitable, clean rooms and quiet !! The location is exactly where one has to stay to go to most of the beautiful beaches and close to the country !!
