★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful small city. Perhaps too hot and crowded during summer time but cool sea wind makes it enjoyable sit in the cafe to watch the high shores, the sea and people passing by. Trip to Santorini takes time but is well worth it.

There are plenty shops for shopping, restaurants for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
Also you can enjoy a drink by the night, but without a caldera view.
Some shops are remaining open at the winter time also.
No cars allowed at the summer season.
There is a lot of parking before the main square!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get souvenirs and snacks. I get a few post card and stamps from the shop next to the square and post it right away in the post office.
Also a easy place for meeting up with friends. Very safe even at night all the restaurants are light up around.
