★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to the shop to buy jewelry to have a special souvenir from my santorini trip. however, the manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate, basically screaming at us when we had asked about the VAT tax form. She had lied and said we had received a discount which was the tax refund, but that was not the case. extremely disappointed in how the situation was handled and would advise to visit other stores on the island. i rate this one star only because i cannot give it any rating below that.
