Ούτε καν το ένα αστέρι! Άλλα υποσχέθηκαν τηλεφωνικά άλλα χρεώνουν. Πριν υπογράψω είχαμε μιλήσει αναλυτικά για τις χρεώσεις με παραδείγματα από λογαριασμούς που είχα ήδη από άλλη εταιρεία. Για 1700Kwh η ρήτρα από 290€ που μου ήρθε στον προηγούμενο πάροχο μου είπαν ότι θα έπεφτε στα 70€. Και 'συμφέρουσες' τιμές ανά KWh. Αποτέλεσμα μετά την υπογραφή; Με μικρότερη κατανάλωση (1100Kwh) μου ζητάνε μεγαλύτερη ρήτρα (300€). Εννοείται ότι προσπάθησαν να τα μπαλώσουν με δικαιολογίες περί αύξησης της τιμής της μεγαβατώρας που όμως από ότι έψαξα είναι περίπου 50€ στο διάστημα μεταξύ υποσχέσεων και πραγματικού λογαριασμού (και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν δικαιολογεί αυτά που τελικά μου χρέωσαν).
Not even a star! Others promised by phone others charge. Before I signed we had talked in detail about the charges with examples from accounts I already had from another company. For 1700Kwh the clause from 290 € that came to me at the previous provider I was told that it would fall to 70 €. And 'advantageous' prices per KWh. Result after signing? With lower consumption (1100Kwh) they ask me for a bigger clause (300 €). Of course, they tried to patch them up with excuses for increasing the price of the megawatt hour, but from what I looked for it is about 50 € in the space between promises and a real bill (and in no case does it justify what they finally charged me).

Οσο παει και χειροτερευει το επιπεδο εξυπηρετησης, προσπαθουν να σε στειλουν στον αυτοματο τηλεφωνητη και να μην ενοχλουνται οι ιδιοι. Βρε ανθρωποι αν την δουλεια σας την κανει ένα μηχανημα αυριο εσεις δεν θα εχετε δουλεια. Επισης με βοηθησε με καλη προθεση ο ανθρωπος, υπαλληλος σας και στενος μου φιλος να βαλω προγραμμα πρίμιουμ στην φοιτητρια κορη μου αντι να αγορασω το ακριβο φοιτητικο. Αυτό ερχοταν καλα και ξαφνικα χωρις ειδοποιηση, σημειωνω ουτε ο φιλος μου ειχε ειδοποιηθει, ακριβυνε χωρις να υπαρχει αντιστοιχη ανοδος της χονδρικης. Καλεσα για εξηγησεις και οι απαντησεις ηταν χαρη σας καναμε που σας το δωσαμε, εχετε και παραπονο; Ο φιλος μου όπως και οι συναδελφοι του δεν εχουν πληρωθει ολο το 2022 τις προμηθειες τους, και δεν βγαινει κανεις να τους ενημερωσει, για εμενα θα ενδιαφερθουν; Δεν κατηγορω τους ανθρωπους που δουλευουν για ένα μισθο πεινας αλλα αυτους που δεν τους εκπαιδευουν. Σε αυτές τις εταιρειες λειτουργει το συστημα μπιγκ μπράδερ, ηχογραφουν κάθε σου λεξη και κινηση. Τα παραπονα μας τα ακουτε και δεν ασχολειστε, εχετε βαλει μπροστα ανθρωπους που τρωνε ολην την πιεση γιατι ως γνωστο στα κεντρα εξυπηρετησης το πιο δυσκολο κομματι το εχουν οι από κατω και όχι από πανω. Οι από πανω κρινουν αυτους που τους τυρανναμε με παραπονα και είναι τοσο ευκολο να κρινεις εξω από τον χορό.
As the level of service gets worse and worse, they try to send you to the answering machine and not bother themselves. Find people if your job is done by a machine tomorrow you will not have a job. The man, your employee and a close friend of mine also helped me with good intentions to put a premium program on my student daughter instead of buying the expensive student. This was coming well and suddenly without notice, I note that my friend had not been notified either, it was accurate without a corresponding increase in the wholesale price. I called for explanations and the answers were thanks to you for giving it to you, do you have a complaint? My friend and his colleagues have not paid their commissions throughout 2022, and no one comes out to inform them, will they be interested in me? I do not blame the people who work for a starvation wage but those who do not train them. In these companies the big brother system works, they record your every word and movement. You listen to our complaints and you do not care, you have put in front of people who eat all the pressure because as it is known in the service centers the most difficult part is the ones from below and not from above. The ones above judge those whom we oppressed with complaints and it is so easy to judge outside the dance.

The most horrible electricity company in greece, after i signed the contract, i was waiting for a week without any answer or informations. When i call no body have an answer about the connection, and then by tchat i had the information that i need to sign another contract that i had never receive. Otherwise, nobody can inform me or call me or infom. To have the informations, you have to call and to be on your knees to have an answer.

The worst electricity provider in Greece at the moment. To start with I was missold their product and ended up with a 900 euro bill within two months. I have contacted their customer service via email and phone more than 15 times. I only got an email response back in which they showed no interest in investigating the misseling of their product. I wrote back to them in beginning of February and a number of times since with no response. I then phoned their call centre on various occasions and was offered differing information with each call. On a number of occasions the agents hung up on me mid conversation. Their agents either are not trained properly or they lack real knowledge of their policies and processes. The last call I asked to pay the total in instalments as offered online only to get two different responses from two different agents. When I questioned them about their no responses to my official complaints they apologised for the length of the one and a half month delay in responding but offered no further answer. Also they declined to pass the call to a supervisor or someone that would be able to solve the issue once and for all. I recommend that you save yourself the pain of dealing with them and stay away. They are a dishonest money grabbing company with no ethos.
