Ο Κώστας , μάλλον ιδιοκτήτης του καταστήματος αν δεν κάνω λάθος , είχε όλη την καλή διάθεση να με ενημερώσει μέσω τηλεφώνου για το κόστος της επισκευής, τον χρόνο παράδοσης και την διαδικασία που χρειάζεται για να επισκευαστεί το λάπτοπ μου. Από την πρώτη επαφή μέσω τηλεφώνου αναγνώρισα εναν ευγενεστατο επαγγελματία που ξέρει να κάνει σωστά την δουλειά του. Να σχολιάσω και για το αίσθημα ευθύνης απέναντι στον πελάτη, Συγκεκριμένα, για την επισκευή του λάπτοπ παρουσιάστηκαν κάποια επιπλέον προβλήματα που ανάγκασαν τον τεχνικό να σπαταλήσει επιπλέον αρκετές εργατοώρες και επιπλέον υλικα πράγμα που το έκανε εντελώς δωρεάν και με άφησε έκπληκτο!!! Μπορώ με βεβαιότητα πλέον να πω ότι βρήκα το κατάλληλο κατάστημα για υπολογιστές!!! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!! Excellent service! I solved the problem I had with the MacBook.
