The gentleman who assisted me sized my watch and handled it with great care and love while reassuring me of the Rolex brand and quality when I brought up some concerns about scratching the bracelet during everyday wear. Experiences like this make customers want to come back and appreciate the excellence of a Rolex boutique, as well as the other beautiful pieces Serafeim Jewelry currently offers.
