★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had vegan coffee in the menu but no soya milk to make the coffee. I ordered medium cappuccino. It wasn't medium it was too small no lid and almost 5€ payed. Not worth it at all especially for that price.

Rude staff - please invest on customer service training as having good products is not enough - specially when these products come in an airport price tag!
What happened? We just dared to ask for cold water - colder than the one offered! They told us to go (back) to the other counter, the one we have originally been and then asked to go to the second one (aka ping pong) and then when we told them that we have been there already, they told us to go as they dont have colder water. Come on flocafe - u can do better
