★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ένα αυτοκίνητο από το σταθμό αεροδρομίου Θεσσαλονίκης για μια εβδομάδα και σε 3 μέρες είχα ηλεκτρολογικό πρόβλημα στο δρόμο δίπλα στο Πλατύ Ημαθίας. Μετά το τηλεφώνημα στο road assistance ήρθε ο οδηγός από την Βέροια και απαίτησε να κατέβουμε εγώ και η οικογένεια άμεσα από το αυτοκίνητο για να το πάρει. Του ζήτησα να περιμένει μεχρι να έρθει το αυτοκίνητο αντικατάστασης που περίμενα από τη Θεσσαλονίκη. Είχε αρχίσει να βρέχει και δεν μπορούσα να αφήσω την οικογένεια στο δρόμο. Αρνήθηκε και - αφού συνεννοήθηκε με την εταιρεία του τηλεφωνικά - έφυγε λέγοντας ότι έχει δουλειά και δεν μπορεί να περιμένει. Ο οδηγός (Άρ πινακίδας ΗΜΜ 2823) και η εταιρεία του δεν νοιάστηκε καθόλου για τον πελάτη, δεν νοιάστηκε αν μπορούσαμε να περιμένουμε στη βροχή για ώρα - ήθελε απλά να πάρει το αυτοκίνητο και να φύγει. Η συμπεριφορά του - όπως και της εταιρείας του - ήταν αστεία, χωρίς κανένα σεβασμό στον πελάτη και τις ανάγκες του. Εύχομαι ειλικρινά αυτοί οι άνθρωποι, όχι μόνο να σταματήσουν να παρέχουν υπηρεσίες σε πελάτες, αλλά να αποκλειστούν από δουλειές παροχής υπηρεσιών άμεσα - υπάρχουν πολλοί νέοι άνθρωποι που αξίζουν ευκαιρία δουλειάς, πολύ καλύτεροι από αυτούς τους άχρηστους
 I booked a car from the Thessaloniki airport station for a week and in 3 days I had an electrical problem on the road next to Platy, Imathia. After the phone call to the road assistance, the driver came from Veria and demanded that my family and I get out of the car immediately to pick it up. I asked him to wait until the replacement car I was waiting for came from Thessaloniki. It was starting to rain and I could not leave the family on the street. He refused and - after consulting with his company by phone - left saying he had a job and could not wait. The driver (license plate number EMM 2823) and his company did not care at all about the customer, did not care if we could wait in the rain for an hour - he just wanted to get in the car and leave. His behavior - like that of his company - was funny, with no respect for the customer and his needs. I sincerely hope these people not only stop providing services to customers, but are excluded from service jobs immediately - there are many young people who deserve a job opportunity, much better than these useless ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It may have been one of the most positive and smoothest experiences when considering car rental. Sure, it wasn't pick season, but the car was like new, no pressing for extra insurance, and none of those insane deposit amounts required by most other companies (that cause issues with credit cards in order to press you to buy the full insurance). The price was excellent as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car they gave me broke down in the middle of the highway. Someone would expect that after all the effort and expenses, they would give me at least an upgrade. Nope! The same old Pegeuot 108 with more kilometers and more scratches than the previous one. And was charged full gasoline for supposedely returning the car not full (how on earth could I have returned it full when it left me on the road?).
I give them 2 stars only because they were willing to go and pick it up from the way (after a lot of disagreement with the local manager in Larissa though, that she didn't want to go).
Next time I 'd rather go to Drive SA or somewhere else where they are a bit more sensitive with the scratches but at least give the extra money to rent a Golf instead of the lowest category in Budget.
