The semi-basement rooms have great terraces, but there's too much noise in the night generated by all the cars and motor scooters on the street.They should improve the breakfast options, we ate the same thing over and over again for 7 days. The receptionist on the night shift is not very friendly. There's also a pool, but we haven't used it. No parking space.

Very friendly staff at the hotel, if you have any problem they can help you. The only sort of negative thing is the food they serve you in the morning, is not that varied, although it's fresh and good. They could increase the time span when they serve it.
M	Michele Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this hotel! It is just off the main strip so great for nightlife lovers but you don't hear too much noise when you're in bed. The hotel is clean and well maintained with room service every morning. Spotless every day! Breakfast is good and served until 9.30 so not too early if you had a late night! The pool is a good size. Beautiful view of the mountain and you can see the sea from the balcony. 5 minute walk to the rocky beaches. That's the only thing that let it down but in Crete, most of them are! There is a nice bar with a great barman! Stefano does a mean cocktail! All the staff are really friendly and accommodating! Antonis and Isabella are lovely! And will give you all the information you need to enjoy a great stay! Central location for some good restaurants but if you can, get a car and go explore! Can't fault the hotel! Excellent.

But the hospitality of hotel's staff, the attitude to guests and the quality of service helped to feel that we are among friends, that we are welcome here. We really enjoyed the attitude of all members of the hotel, the quality and frequency of cleaning, great breakfasts, amazing bar with unforgetable cocktails (which were served as holiday and were really cheaper than everywhere around, as we checked) and friendly barman, calm swimming pool, well prepared room with all conveniences. Actually for our trip 50% of impressions were thanks to the hotel!

The staff gave a relaxed vibe and not a stressed one. Not thinking about problems but solutions. Even going as far as proposing things instead of us asking for it. I would definently recommend this hotel to everybody who likes hospitality and great service. Thank you!

Everything was perfectly clean and the sheets and towels were changed every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Hersonissos. Hope to came here again! Lucija from Croatia
