Gorgeous! Absolutely the heaven on earth! We (me and my girlfriend) stayed at a premium suite up in the 6th floor with a breathtaking view of the sea far as the eye can see! The room always sparkling clean and quiet through day and night. As it comes to service and the staff, Stavros, the Maitre d' and his team at the Main Restaurant will take a good care of you with their friendly Greek way. If you miss a meal you can feast at the A la carte restaurant with the most delicious traditional dishes. We also had a blast at the Main bar of the hotel, were you can find the best Mojito in town! For sure a MUST STAY hotel!

An exceptional hotel in all respects: cleanliness, food, location on the beach, staff, comfort. It's worth all the money!

Well, we spent one week at Glaros. What we liked: Food in general was very good. The service in the restaurant was excellent! Unfortunately I don't know the name of the woman serving us, she was super friendly even when it was very busy. Even one of the owners of the restaurant/ or hotel was helping them out, he was very respectful. The receptionists were very well-informed and answered every question that we had. The hotel is in the centre and everything is near. It was nice that they had German TV. Most people working in the hotel know basic German. Room was cleaned everyday. What we didn't like: The room was a little small for 2 people. It was super annoying that even in this 4 star hotel a bunch of people tried to sell their services like photographs or massages/spa time. Made the atmosphere a bit uneasy for us. They wait at the entrance of the restaurant to sell you some spa time. My boyfriend wanted to try it and paid for a 35 min massage and only was given 25 minutes... He told the masseuse but she told him 35 mins had passed but that wasn't the case. Both of us knew it was only 25 minutes. But arguing was a waste of time. The drinks were watered down. We only felt tipsy when drinking Ouzo or Raki, Wine and Beer weren't strong at all. The female bartender in the pool bar wasn't the friendliest and also the lady working in the main bar made you feel unwelcome. There are a lot of people in the dining room, so be aware of that. Wi-Fi costs extra. (3€ per day and device !!!! Really expensive), AC didn't work... The bed sheets weren't changed. The sunbeds on the beach cost 3€ a day! The bed in the room was two single beds placed next to each other and not a double bed, what was really annoying. The AC didn't work and there wasn't a way to contact the reception from the room. br/>2 out of 5 stars because the restaurant was very nice, the food was nice and because of the excellent service in the restaurant as well as the receptionists. That one experience was okay. Thanks. Kind regards

Spent a week at the hotel. For starters, the photos make it seem that the hotel is quite large and spacious, which is not the case. Especially with the dining area. The tables are very close to one another and there is hardly any privacy when eating. Quite a few times I returned to my table to find see 2 strangers sitting at the same tavle as mine. However, the waiters were very nice. Food was alright, but not spectacular. There is variery, but the food is not that tasty. Fruit and fresh vegetables were always great and sweet. I felt that the food being so massively produced it lacked in having a distinct flavour. There is another hotel part of the Glaros brand called Anastasia Star, which is a new hotel opened recently. I was given a room in this new hotel. The room was ok for 2 persons, size wise. What I did not appreciate was the fact that it took 2 beds to make one big one; the slightest movement made a crack between the beds. Bathroom was ok as well standard shower (not bathtub). The rooms have a touch screen on the outside that indicate when you are in the room, if you need intimacy or if you need to have your room cleaned. Pretty cool feature. Also, the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Cleaning was done daily. Wifi is available only by demand (5€ /day/ device), which is quite ridiculous in my opinion given also the slow internet speed. The hotel does not have a beach, there is one but you have to pay for the chairs as they are not part of the hotel. There is a pool that is free for sitting for the hotel guests. Central location of the hotel. Bus stop is a few minutes from the hotel. You have everything you need quite close: shops, supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants, you name it.

An absolutely fantastic hotel, with a wonderful deco inside the lounge dining areas, pool and balcony. The sea is downstairs 2min walk. The bedroom area is a good size with a fridge and private balcony. The service throughout the hotel from the staff even to the Catering staff was 10/10, so much choice well cooked food both inside hotel and restaurants. The hotel is located on a side street, but real close to loads of shops, cafés etc. Great stay.

Hotel was recently renovated so it felt like brand new. Bed was super comfortable and yes double beds do separate but to us it made no big difference. Mattress was very good. Staff really nice people! I would give extra star for cooks. We had half-pansion with our package deal via TUI and breakfast and dinner was every day surprising with some different options. I will particularly remember moussaka one evening. I had to get seconds! I loved how it is organized and cleaned constantly. Beach was small with paid sun-beds and umbrella, but last day we just stayed around pool where beds are free and went for few dips in the see from there. Inflatables are free to use and stacked by the pool.

This hotel actually should get a five start review, but unfortunately, they came short in several areas. Positives: - Very Clean - Some staff was VERY friendly - The hotel is simply beautiful - The food was not bad, and often quite good. - The chef went out of his way to individually prepare food for my diet. - Best airconditioning I ever had. They have new inverter Airco units. - Room was newly renovated, beautiful and clean. - Housekeeping was (sometimes) good. - Location is outstanding! - Entertainment was excellent (even though limited by Covid). Negatives: - Some of the staff was NOT friendly. - The free WIFI in the lobby was terrible - There were Dutch guests aged 16 - 21 who at times were out of control. Noise in the hallway until 5am. Ghetto-blasters at the pool. The issue was that the hotel management was afraid to tell them to behave. I can appreciate it - as when I simply asked them to wear a mask in the hallway (in Dutch), they aggressively verbally attacked me. - I had wanted to upgrade my room, but the receptionist simply didn't have the time to treat me properly. In retrospect, I'm happy I didn't upgrade, given the noise. The manager explained at the end of my visit that they would have moved me to a more appropriate room...(potentially to another hotel)... but honestly, I didn't go on vacation to keep packing my bags and moving from place to place. - There are only two elevators for 200 room. Each elevator has only capacity for 2 people. They have no service elevators, so the maids use the same two elevators. For 2.5 days, one of the elevators was broken. It was really not a good situation. - There is no "Drinks" menu in the dining room for Half Pension guests. The hotel explained that they had to discontinue their drinks menu for the past two years due to Covid regulations. But this simply not true. They could use a QR code menu or print the drinks menu on the paper place-mats which get thrown out after each guest. It's impossible to see what drinks they serve, and at which cost. Out of protest, I refused to purchase any drinks at the restaurant. I overheard a similar complaint at another table. This is simply a stupid and trival issue which can easily be solved.
