Επίσης, έπαθα μετά την συνεδρία λειζερ έναν ερεθισμό στις μασχάλες με φαγούρα που κράτησε 20 μέρες και πήγα να ζητήσω τον δερματολόγο που υποτίθεται έχουν να με δει και ήταν άφαντος !! Παρουσιάστηκε μια για βοηθός του κ μ έλεγε βάλε πάγο δεν βλέπω να έχεις κάτι ???. Φυσικά δεν βοήθησε . Δερματολογικο κεντρο σου λέει μετά .. Έκλεισα πακέτο laser με την προοπτική ότι θα κάνω συνεδρίες στην Κηφισιά και όταν τελικά πήρα για να κλείσω το πρώτο μου ραντεβού μου ανακοίνωσαν ότι το μηχάνημα της Κηφισιάς "χάλασε" . Και φυσικά 7μηνες μετά δεν έχει επισκευαστεί. Αναγκάζομαι να σέρνομαι στο κέντρο που δεν με εξυπηρετεί καθόλου. Ραντεβού διαθέσιμο δεν υπάρχει ποτέ . Η γραμματέας σου λει ότι θα σε καλέσει και δεν σε καλεί πότε πίσω. ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ. ΜΑΚΡΙΆ. Υ.Γ ακόμα και το αποτέλεσμα στην αποτρίχωση είναι κακό. Επουδενί δεν αξίζουν τα λεφτά που ζητάνε Unacceptable on all levels. Long delays in appointments. Misinformation when you close a beauty package. M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λείπαμε παρά πολύ όχι μόνο για τα 400€που χάλασα αλλά και στο ότι δεν απαλλάχτηκα από την τρίχα γιατί είχα θυλακίτιδα ψέματα δεν είχε κανένα αποτέλεσμα μου είπαν ότι θα απαλλαγώ μια και καλή ψέματα!!!είναι κρίμα να κοροϊδεύουν τον κόσμο που πάει για να νιώσει όμορφα και να εμπιστευτεί τον εαυτό του στα χέρια τους μια κοπέλα δύο φορές μου έκανε σωστά την εφαρμογή και μετά που πήγα για το επαναληπτικό μου είπαν ότι δεν δουλεύει πια εκεί αλλάζουν τα κορίτσια σαν κουμπιά και έπρεπε να λές τι έχεις και γιατί που αν ήταν η συγκεκριμένες πάνω κάτω θα γνώριζαν το τι χρειαζόμασταν!!!!η ώρα ελάχιστοι 15 λεπτά στην εφαρμογή και χωρίς με προσοχή και υπομονή του λέιζερ τι να προλάβει να κάνει το λέιζερ σε 15 λεπτά!!!!!!μια κοπέλα με κράτησε 40 λεπτα όπως είναι το σωστό και πραγματικά ήταν προσεχτική δεν ξέρω τι να πω πραγματικά κοροϊδία τρομάζετε τον κόσμο ώστε να εμπιστευτεί όντος επαγγελματίες!!!!??και το χειρότερο από όλα ότι το δέρμα μου έκανε σημάδια που δεν είχα σαν φλέβες σπασμένες μώβ και κόκκινο χρώμα εεε όχι να μας βγάλουν και προβλήματα που δεν είχαμε θα πάω σε δερματολόγο να με δεί να του πω ότι έχει συμβεί!!!! πάλι καλά δεν είναι μεγάλα αλλά όταν ξέρω το δέρμα μου και βλέπω αυτά ε ναι γιατί λέω γιατί ? Πήγα σήμερα βγήκε μια ξανθιά γριά και μου είπε ότι είναι μποτοξ εφέ,εννοείται πως εφυγα. Προφανώς ετσι λειτουργούν σε όλα, είτε εχεις αγοράσει πρόγραμμα είτε οχι They called me that I had won a Botox. Επίσης, πήγα για επίσκεψη ώστε να μιλήσω για ένα πακέτο προσφοράς λέιζερ και όλοι μέσα ήταν τσίρκο! Μια γυναίκα που έκανε υαλουρονικο βγήκε και φώναζε ότι της κατέστρεψαν το πρόσωπο! Ευτυχώς είδα τις κριτικές και κατάλαβα τι γίνεται και έφυγα τρέχοντας πριν μιλήσω με κανέναν! Ελπίζω να μην την πατήσεις πολύς κόσμος και να καταλάβει ότι είναι απάτη... Away from this beauty center! M	Marita Drive on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 αστέρι μόνο για το πόσο φθηνό είναι. Βέβαια ο,τι δίνεις παίρνεις. Κατά τ άλλα, περιμένεις 1,5 ώρα για να μπεις για λέιζερ. Ειδικα αν το προγραμμα ειναι δυσκολο οπως στις περισσοτερες γυναικες φαμταζομαι. 3 δωρα που ειπανε οταν εκλεισα το πακετο ουτε που ενδιαφερθηκαν να με ρωτησουν πλτε θα τα κανουμε. Δεν υπάρχει ενημέρωση για καθυστέρηση. Πριν κλείσεις πακέτο η συμπεριφορά είναι εντελώς διαφορετικη από αφού κλείσεις. Δεν υπάρχει κανένα ενδιαφέρον για τον πελάτη μετά. Ρώτησα μια κυρία τι ώρα είχε ραντεβού και μου είπε την ίδια ώρα που είχα και εγώ για full body κάτι που κανονικά παίρνει μια ώρα. Επίσης πέρα από το ότι παίρνει μια ώρα όταν μπήκα η κοπέλα με έκανε σε 10λεπτα. Ενώ για κάποιο λόγο όλες οι άλλες κάνανε 10 ώρες για να βγούνε. Μόνο μία κοπέλα μου τα έκανε τέλεια μια φορά και την επόμενη που πήγα είχε φύγει. Δεν θα ξαναεκλεινα πακέτο στο συγκεκριμένο μόνο και μόνο για την ταλαιπωρία. Να σημειώσω ότι έχω μιλήσει στην διευθύντρια αλλά δεν έχει γίνει κάποια διόρθωση. Το αντίθετο θα ελεγα. Την τελευταία φορά που πήγα περίμενα παραπάνω από οποιαδήποτε άλλη φορα. Το περιβάλλον εργασίας φαίνεται ότι είναι πολύ ασχημο, μέχρι και στους πελάτες. Η διευθύντρια μιλάει στις υπαλλήλους λες και είναι σκυλιά. Καμία ευγένεια και όλες τις βλέπεις είτε εκνευρισμένες είτε φοβισμένες. Απαράδεκτο. Edit μετά από συνεδρια:δεν υπήρχαν γυαλιά, κλείσε τα μάτια λέει η κοπέλα. Για ενυδάτωση δεν ξέρω αν κάνει αλλά έναν τοίχο άμα θες να τον στοκάρεις πιστεύω την κάνει την δουλειά του. Επίσης Κουρτίνες δεν υπάρχουν, οπότε αν κάνεις laser full body σε παίρνει μάτι όλη η πολυκατοικια 1 star only for how cheap it is. Of course what you give you get. Είχαν πέρυσι βάλει προσφορά αποτρίχωση 150 ευρώ 5 συνεδριες (+5 επαναληπτικες). Όταν πήγε η σύζυγος μας είπαν αν δώσετε 250 θα σας κάνουμε 8+8. Σημερα πήγε η γυναίκα μου για την 12 φορά, 6η επαναληπτικό δηλαδή και της είπαν τέλος. Μόλις τους έδειξε το χαρτί που λέει 8 μας λέει "να μας εξαπατησε μια σύμβουλος που σας εξυπηρετησε τότε και δεν έπρεπε, δεν θα σας εξυπηρέτησουμε άλλο ". Λέω πλήρωσα για 8; γράφει το χαρτί 8; μέχρι και πριν 2 μήνες που σας ρωτούσε η γυναίκα μου τις λέγατε ότι έχει τόσες όντως. Θα φάνε μήνυση όλη δική τους...έχουν συνηθίσει μάλλον όμως και ξέρουν να εξαπατουν. Για αυτό και οι αλλαγές επωνυμίας. Η προσφορά ούτως ή άλλως ήταν της εταιρείας 5+5 επαναληπτικες...149 ευρώ οπότε πήραν αλλά 100 ευρώ γιατί; για μια φορά; ? Αναμένετε νέα μου γιατί πολύ σύντομα θα έχουμε εξελίξεις . Δεν θα το αφήσω...Όχι για το πόσο αλλά για την κοροϊδία και το ειρωνικό υφακι της κ..... που μου το έπαιζε διευθύντρια... Αναζήτηση στη zougla.gr cosmedical και θα καταλάβετε. E	Erin Clancy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to wait much longer then your appointed time before you actually get what you came and paid for...the one time we were late and didn't even delay the appointments, the lady told us that since we were late we were "late" by 15 minutes, our following appointment had to be rescheduled. My friend told her that even though we arrived late, we finished exactly on time for her appointment. Today I waited an hour for my 5 minute laser session. In general not very happy with their scheduling. The laser seems to be working though.
