Η προσφορά που πήρα είχε ελάχιστη διαφορά σε σύγκριση με άλλες αντιπροσωπείες ford, αλλά θεώρησα ότι θα ήταν καλό να χτίσω μια καλή συνεργασία καθώς μένω κοντά και θα χρειαστω να κάνω κ το αμάξι κάποια service. Η τεράστια απογοήτευση ήρθε στα μικρά extra που μπορεί να σου δωθουν σε μια τέτοια μεγάλη αγορά. Όχι απλά δε μου πρόσφεραν αυτά που είχαμε συζητήσει, παρόλο που ήταν κάτι που είχε ειπωθεί ότι είναι Best efford, αλλά με ενημερώσαν για αυτό την ημέρα που παρέλαβα το αμάξι. Παρουσίαζοντας ένα λογιστικό λάθος στη παραγγελία όπου είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα να μην αυξηθεί το τελικό κόστος. Θεωρώ όχι τόσο επαγγελματικό το timing. Για να μην αναφέρω ότι η αδυναμία η ανικανότητα να κάνουν τα λογιστικά τους εκθέτει και δεν πρέπει να παρουσιάζεται ως 'selling point'. Κοινώς σε ένα υπερλουξ Focus το extra που δωθηκε ήταν μη εργοστάσιακος συναγερμός και μια μικρή έκπτωση που δίνουν όλες οι αντιπροσωπείες. Είχα γνωστούς που κάναν αγορά το puma. Προτείνα απλά άλλη αντιπροσωπεία. Το εταιρικό bonus ίσως να πιασαν, άλλο πελάτη από έμενα σίγουρα όχι. Edit. Αλλαξω σε 3 αστέρια καθώς εκτιμώ ότι κάποιος από την βελμαρ επικοινώνησε μαζί μου I recently bought a Focus ST line x. The offer I got was slightly different compared to other ford dealerships, but I thought it would be good to build a good partnership as I live close by and I will need to do some service for the car as well. The huge disappointment came in the small extras that can be given to you in such a large market. Not only did they not offer me what we had discussed, even though it was something that was said to be Best efford, but they informed me about it the day I received the car. Presenting an accounting error in the order where it resulted in not increasing the final cost. I consider the timing not so professional. Not to mention that the inability to do their accounting exposes and should not be presented as a 'selling point'. Commonly in a deluxe Focus the extra given was a non-factory alarm and a small discount given by all dealerships. I had acquaintances who bought the puma. I just suggested another delegation. The corporate bonus may have caught on, another customer than me definitely did not. Edit. I change to 3 stars as I estimate that someone from Belmar contacted me
Π	Παύλος Δρακούλης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άλλο ένα diesel Puma (τα τελευταία) μετά από μια αναμονή 10 μηνών, επιτέλους το παραλάβαμε . Να ευχαριστήσω των Αλέξη Πανιόπουλο από την Βελμαρ Γλυκών Νερών για την υπομονή του να με αντέξει με τις παραξενιές μου, αντί να με στείλει από εκεί που ήρθα γιατί μέχρι να καταφέρει η μαμά Ford να το βάλει σε σειρά παραγωγής, του είχα αλλάξει την παραγγελία.... πάνω από 8 φορές, άλλες φορές του πρόσθετα εξοπλισμό, άλλες φορές αφαιρούσα, του άλλαζα χρώμα κτλ.μέχρι να καταλήξουμε στην τελική παραγγελία. Εδειξε πολυ μεγάλη κατανόηση και πραγματικά με απέτρεψε από το να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία, περισσότερο για δικό μου όφελος πάρα για την προμήθεια του. Ότι με συμβούλεψε και σε συνδυασμό με ότι έχω διαβάσει όλους αυτούς τους μήνες στα διάφορα site -forum, πιστεύω ότι πηρα την καλύτερη δυνατή απόφασή και αυτό ηταν να περιμένω να παραλάβω το αυτοκίνητο. To thank Alexis Paniopoulos from Velmar Glykon Nera for his patience in enduring me with my quirks, instead of sending me where I came from because by the time Ford's mom managed to put it into production, I had changed his order. ... more than 8 times, other times additional equipment, other times I removed, changed its color, etc. until we reach the final order. He showed great understanding and really prevented me from canceling the order, more for my own benefit than for its supply. That he advised me and in combination with what I have read all these months on the various sites-forums, I believe that I made the best possible decision and that was to wait to receive the car.
