★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the twenty-five years of shopping experience, PC1 managed to give me by far, the worst ever experience of shopping online. They shipped a worn-out and used-looking product, and they would then decline to take responsibility for their own lack of professionalism. Simply avoid; unless you enjoy sloppy service, stores that do not honor their own terms and conditions, and dishonesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! Don’t buy any electronics from them. I bought an electronic product (a dehumidifier) sfrom them in November. The product broke just two months later, while it was still in its warranty period and I had hardly used it. They asked me to take it by myself all the way to their office, which is 10km away from downtown, in order to be serviced, although it weighs 12 kilograms. I did that. It’s been two weeks and I still don’t know what is happening with my product. Nobody is answering the phone for many days now, nor the email, not even Fb messages. Just do yourself a favor and find another store.
