Εκπαιδευτές που αγαπάνε αυτό που κάνουν και δείχνουν ενδιαφέρον απέναντι στο μαθητή! Είναι εκεί επίσης να ακούσουν και να προτείνουν ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του καθένα και το κατάλληλο πρόγραμμα! Ένας από τους πιο αξιόπιστους χώρους που μπορεί κάποιος να σιγουρέψει ότι θα εκπαιδευτεί σωστά στο Krav Maga και στα υπόλοιπα τμήματα που λειτουργούν. Εύκολη πρόσβαση καθώς η σχολή είναι δίπλα στο μετρό, όμορφος και ζεστός χώρος, εκπαιδευτές και προπονητές που δουλεύουν με μεράκι, τεχνογνωσία και ενδιαφέρον για τον κάθε ασκούμενο που μπαίνει στο Fortress.

Cozy sports center in the middle of Athens that offers various trainings such as cross-fit, yoga, others and the one I have been attending for about one month and a half already - Krav Maga. As a foreigner who decided to stay in Greece for a while without minimum Greek language knowledge I was looking for a place where I can learn some fighting skills and stay in shape. I am around 30 years old, my previous fighting experience were limited and I also have an injured knee. So I was looking for the inclusive place where I can have a lessons taught in English and training program be equally challenging and safe for someone with my precondition. I stumbled on Fortress Krav Maga page on the internet and decided to give it a shoot. I am not missing a single lesson since the day one. Vlasis is a great teacher, attentive to his student needs. We have a group of people of various ages, gender, physical strength, fighting skills and experience. The way how the lessons organized are methodical, challenging and fun. Everything is done to make your body learn and your brain understand. Perfection is sacrificed to common sense of being just good enough to defend yourself on the street in the various situations, including punches, kicks, chokes, hugs, knife and stick strikes. I am writing this review after yet another session, and I have enjoyed every bit of it. If you hesitate, come and try, just one lesson. Chances are you won’t be able to stop :).

I have been training here for about two months. Very pleased with the conditions of the club and the approach of Vlasis. He is a great fitness trainer, but also he is a very good mentor who feels the needs of students. If you are looking for an opportunity to practice Krav Maga in Athens, this is the best place ?
