We have stayed here for 4 years running now and it's been absolutely lovely and are returning in September. My partner and I tend not to do the all inclusive the Hotel offers so I can't comment on that but it's right on the Beach with plenty of Restaurants and Bars within easy reach and there's a lovely Cafe by the poolside that serves good inexpensive food and drinks including alcohol, well worth a stay.

We visited this hotel last year in 3 people and unfortunately I can rate it with 2 stars only. Let me summarize pros and cons below: Pros: -The receptionist always smiled at us and assisted us when we needed anything. -Our room and hotel area was clean and staff took care well about it. -Situated next to beach -On dinner there was wine for free which was very nice, because usually in other hotels it costs a lot of money. Cons: -Arrival to the hotel was terrifying. Between airport and hotel was a lot of garbage in the nature. Only in hotel area it was clean. When we checked in, we were moved one floor below to our room. The elevator was like from horror movie. No lights, very small and we did not have good feeling from it as it was one of our first moments in this hotel. -Room itself was very small for 3 people and we had no privacy, but we expected that. -We had to pay if we wanted to use loungers by the hotel pool. I have never seen it anywhere. -The food quality was below average. We had half board and it was nothing special compared to other restaurants outside the hotel. After we finished our dinner, we had to wait like 30 - 40 minutes before they removed used plates from us. Verdict: It was nothing special, but for the price we paid we cannot complain that much. It is definitely not a 4-star hotel, it is 3-star at max.

Paid extra for Seaview room and got one at the basement. You have to pay extra for the fridge, for wifi, for sunbeds at the pool, basically for everything.. no glasses whatsoever, no hairdryer, old furniture, no spot to hang the shower. Not cheap for what it offers. Awful! Don't recommend!

Big hotel in socialist realism style. Rooms need renovation. No view from room. Food is so so. There is a TV but no TV program except in Greek. It is not 4*, barely 3*.

If you are interested only on a place to sleep at a high price it's OK. Otherwise, I do not recommend. You pay for a 4 star hotel but there you have to pay for each thing. For example: fridge 3 euros/day, A/C - 3 or 4 euros, Wi-Fi 15 euros/week. Someone told us they payed for it and it worked as mobile data or not working at all. I expect in the 21st century to have Wi-Fi free for all, especially for foreign tourists. We booked 2 rooms, one with a view at the garden and one with a view at the sea on a higher floor for a 200euros difference. They told us they had only 2 rooms with a view at the garden. After some discussion, they gave us a room with a view at the sea but on the ground floor. We had to call the agency where we booked to get them change that room with one on the 1st floor and that only after 2 days. They weren't very comunicative, the ladies at the reception were like stones when we were talking to them. We didn't receive even a "Hello" or "Good morning" from them. The food from breakfast was good but low budged. In conclusion, I wouldn't come back here.

This hotel was 2 stars in the 80's. The only advantage of this hotel is the location but the conditions are like in the 80's. We had a ground floor room and our view was a wall but we have asked for garden view. The day we have left, we have asked for a early breakfast but there was not enough bread for 20 person's. Not all the personal from the reception is speaking English - at 4 star should be mandatory. And as everybody mention you need to pay additional for everything

Okay but does not deserve what I paid for. I would rate it as 2 to 3 stars and I am being generous Liked · Breakfast was nice, pool and beach Disliked · Room outdated, the hotel needs an upgrade for the furniture and toilets. Wifi is a disaster and the fashion they hand you in the remotes and keys is very old. I just need a fob, not a door key + magnet to activate electricity + fridge key + safe key + TV remote + A/C remote …… too much

We had a 7-night booking at the hotel through a booking agency. Our stay was ok, we had breakfast included in the paid price. The breakfast was ok, not much variety but some normal food to eat in the morning, the food had taste(buffet type). I recommend tea and coffee to drink, the juices are not really good, just some water with flavor. You have to pay for fridge, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and safe-deposit box in your room(if you want, it's optional). We only paid for air conditioning. You also pay at the reception some resort tax that is 3euro/night. You also pay 3euro/day for 2sunbeds and umbrella if you want to stay at the pool and 6euro/day for 2sunbeds and umbrella if you want to stay in the front of the hotel on the beach. You can eat there and drink all sort of beers, cold drinks, coffee or cocktails from the hotel bar that is near the pool. The TV and all the furniture in the room are very old fashioned. The furniture and beds are OK but the TV has only 5 or 7 channels and hardly works. Overall, our room was in good condition, clean, we didn't have any problems with this. You can choose at the reception, at check in, the cleaning frequency and sheet/towel change, you can choose daily or once every 2 days. The walls are really thin, we had luck the first days of our stay because no other people were accommodated near us but once people arrived we could hear every move from the other cameras. Phone network signal is very bad within the hotel area.
