★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here in October 2021. Even though it's in the centre of Iraklion (not on a beach or anything), I highly recommend this hotel. The free breakfast is amazing. The food at the restaurant is the best I ate in Greece. I loved the swimming pool. The cocktails are very strong.

The staff is very kind and efficient, the hotel looks good and in a few minutes on foot you are in the center but there are too many shortcomings. First of all, the private parking is so tiny that you have to park on the street. If you write that there is a private parking i I expect to be able to park there otherwise it is a joke. I also didn't like the swimming pool, closed in the middle of the hotel, it only takes a few hours of sun and has only 10 deck chairs crowded together. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, butts on the floor on the balcony and dirty Espresso machine from the customer before. The light on the balcony cannot be turned off and therefore even by pulling the curtain you sleep with the room illuminated. The safety box didn't works. In short, in my opinion with that money you can find better

The staff is nice and welcoming.
The rooms are clean comfortable and spacious.
There is parking behind the hotel.
And the best thing is that they have a sauna there ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall - a great place to stay. We travelled with a 3 year old.
Positives: first of all, amazing people. Restaurant worker Irini created an amazing evening dinner for us. In general employees made our 3year old a star there, which was super nice. We liked the breakfast and the dinner, the food quality was good. Buffet a bit worse than dinner, which was amazing.
Negatives: small things - very small parking lot, but we found a place on the street quickly when it was full. View to the street side is not great, and it can get quite loud. Walking distance to the city center is slightly too far for a 3 year old, but in general a good location.
Negatives are really minimal, 5 stars overall.
