Lovely hotel and wonderful staff. When you order breakfast, unless you eat a lot then, the portions are very generous and you'll waste food... We saved ours the first day... But the staff, especially Pella, was delightful, and room was quiet and clean and bed comfortable.

Excellent hotel with top-notch service. Legacy Hotel is on the more high-end of the Heraklion hotel spectrum, but with the service and rooms quality it is totally worth it! There is 24-hour reception; staff always happy to help; the rooms are modern and well-designed. Breakfast is a-la-carte, but you can order as much as you want (orders placed the night before) and all the food is high quality, fresh and delivered to your room at the time you want. If you have to leaver early - they will prep you breakfast packs too! On the downside, as the hotel is on the main square, it can get loud with the windows open. However, the location allows for a lovely view of the port :) Overall great experience and would certainly reccommend!

Good location with comfortable rooms that focus on local produce with an extensive selection available alongside your minibar. A great selection of wines too. Really could fault this new offering in Heraklion. I would happily stay longer for the amazing shower!

It was a great experience in this hotel. Everything was excellent, and the staff made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The breakfast was delightful with local and quality products. Well done! I highly recommend this place if you stay in Heraklion.

Impeccable service! We were greeted upon our arrival with fresh Cretan lemonade and blueberries - delicious! Antigoni at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! She provided a lot of recs and personally walked us up to our room where she provided us details on the room itself. The rooms all had a theme and were very tech-oriented. Everything (lights, curtains, etc.) was controlled by the provided tablet device. The jacuzzi shower was clean and amazing. In addition, this hotel provided a handy phone to use around town, a very convenient perk if you don't have service on your own phone overseas! The room came with free alcohol and some free orange cake slices, which we enjoyed on our balcony with fantastic views of the city. The hotel is located close to the bus stop, ferry terminal, and a lot of other attractions. They also include a free breakfast spread which is AMAZING. We definitely over ordered! They have a shelf in the room filled with local products that you can purchase or even sample for free, and when we checked out, they were generous enough to gift us with a selection! So nice of them! I highly recommend this hotel, and we will book it again if we are back in Heraklion!

This is a recently refurbished hotel so everything looks and feels new which is great. The location is handy for getting round the town and close enough to the ferry port if you plan to catch a ferry the next day. The food itself is very nice probably one of the best breakfasts we've had in Crete. The staff are also incredibly welcoming and attentive. One small negative is that the calibre of the toilet roll does not match the rest of the hotel, I found it very thin which is abit annoying. Overall a great experience.

We had an amazing time. Such fantastic concept. The suite was excellent and very elegant. Loved the books in our room, made us feel cosy. The food station idea is incredible. So, so good! You can pick any item from the shelf and taste a little bit of Greece. Items locally sourced, from honest producers. Good to give back to the community which is lovely. The staff was perfect, the food was perfect. Overall, it was incredible. Would recommend.

Everything was impeccable. I loved everything here - the interior design was elegant and functional, bed was really comfortable and I love their pillow case, aircon and shower worked really well, staff were extremely passionate and helpful, breakfast was amazing and I give it a 12/10, view from the balcony was beyond beautiful. I’d like to just stay here for a week and watch the sunrise from bed everyday. Best hotel experience ever. I’ve stayed at a number of 5 star hotels and I don’t recall anywhere that comes close to this. I really hope the team can keep it up!
