I try everything to remove the smell ( didnt work ) And do not take breakfast here . I found a long hair in my omelette Do not booook here . Worse place ever

They have a very nice pool bar we're you can eat homemade food, where you can see it's made with love. It's 50 meters away from the beach where busses leave every 15 minutes to go into Chora. Thank for an amazing week, we would 100% recommend the hotel.

Firstly it was stunning; the pool is beautiful with excellent views of the beach and the rooms are clean and pleasant. Secondly, it's in a great location as super close to mylopotas beach, the bus stop, and shops and restaurants. Lastly, all the staff were beyond lovely and Antonis even waited 2.5 hours after check in finished late at night for us to arrive as our ferry was delayed from Santorini and we had to wait a long time for a taxi. We will be returning here next summer without a doubt!
P	Prattas Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a frequent traveller to Greece since childhood and having visited Ios many times I chose to return to the Galaxy Hotel recently as I find it best suits my needs. The rooms are very affordable, the family running it are very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, the pool is fantastic and very quiet and the location is perfect (right near the entrance of Mylopotas beach and close to the bus stop, two mini markets, the best breakfast spot on the island - Cantina Del Mar, the best dinner spot on the island - Salt, and not far from a bakery). The only minor drawback I can think of is that the washrooms are tight versus what I’m used to in North America although that it quite normal in Greece unless you want to pay up for a fancier hotel. I recommend trying the yogurt with fruit and honey up at the pool snack bar which is made fresh on the spot. I look forward to staying at Galaxy again when I return to Ios.
J	Jenna S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for with this place - $33 euros a night. The pool alone is worth the nightly rate. It’s gorgeous! And we had it all to ourselves. It was the nicest, biggest, closest to beach we could see. AC works, room was clean and so was the pool, The rooms are small, wifi sucks, bathroom is tiny with only a handheld shower head, uncomfortable twin beds pushed together but hey we paid $33 euros a night, what do you expect! Go into it knowing that you’re paying for the pool and location.
A	Anjelika Jangazina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, the view if beautiful, the pool is clean, rooms are clean. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Cats are so cute all around. The beach and all the markets and restaurants are easy to access. There's a bus station very near the hotel you can get all around the island quickly. Loved this place, I recommend and I will come again ❤️ Everything was perfect, we stayed one week I would of stay more.
