★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχαμε συμφωνήσει τηλεφωνικά με τον κ Αντώνη να ενοικιάσουμε ένα Fiat Panda, του καταθέσαμε προκαταβολή 50 Ε κ όταν φτάσαμε στη Σύρο μας έδωσαν ένα Toyota Aygo. Εμείς θέλαμε το Fiat Panda γιατί είναι ευρύχωρο κ είχαμε μαζί μας κ άτομο με κινητικά προβλήματα. Οταν λοιπόν του ζητήσαμε τα χρήματα μας πίσω, μας είπε ότι θα κρατήσει την προκαταβολή. Δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε διαφορετικά, κρατήσαμε το Toyota Aygo κ ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε αρκετά. Δεν μας ζήτησε ούτε ένα συγγνώμη κ μας το χρέωσε κ ακριβά 40 Ε την ημέρα για τόσο μικρό αυτοκίνητο ενώ είχαμε συμφωνήσει το ίδιο ποσόν για το Panda. Εχει πολύ κακή φήμη στην αγορά της Σύρου, όπως μας είπαν ντόπιοι που τους διηγηθήκαμε την περιπέτεια μας. Προσοχή !!!!!
We had agreed by phone with Mr. Antonis to rent a Fiat Panda, we gave him a 50 E deposit and when we arrived in Syros they gave us a Toyota Aygo. We wanted the Fiat Panda because it is spacious and we had a person with mobility problems with us. So when we asked for our money back, he told us he would keep the deposit. We could not do otherwise, we kept the Toyota Aygo and we suffered a lot. He did not apologize to us and charged us an expensive 40 E per day for such a small car while we had agreed the same amount for the Panda. It has a very bad reputation in the market of Syros, as we were told by locals to whom we told our adventure. Caution !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not very happy with the service. The staff wasn't very polite and the car has been given to us had 3/4 of petrol. When we returned the car back, even though we had refilled the tank, we had to pay an extra 10 euros. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Pm. Be more polite with your customers and provide a car with full tank please.

Everything was arranged via email and the hire car was waiting at the Port as arranged and the lady who delivered it was very helpful, especially as it was Easter Sunday. The Skoda Citigo was ideal for travelling around Syros. Thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car for the day from Galera Car rental in Ermoupoli, Syros. I had to sign the contract without first seeing the car I was renting. Upon receiving the car, the petrol tank was not full but I was expected to return the car full. When bringing this to the attention of the manager, he didn’t want to hear a bar of it. I spoke to three different staff members, giving the company ample opportunity to rectify the situation. Don’t rent from this company. It’s their way of ripping you off and it looks like (from other comments) it’s not the first time this has happened.
