Our car rental experience with Vassilikos was going swimmingly until about 2 hours after we returned the car, when the company called us and said we had to pay €200 for scratching the bumper of the car. We had left our luggage at their office on the corner of Keas and the main port street, where we rented the car, so we came back to see what the problem was when we picked up our luggage. They had done an inspection the moment we returned the car and said everything was fine, but now suddenly we were responsible for scratches that were already there the day we picked up the keys. They insisted the car was brand new and that we did not need to take photos, but we did anyways just to be safe. We showed them the photos of the car with the scratches already on there, catching them in a lie, but they then pretended like they could not see the scratches. They eventually gave up, but be careful if they rent you a blue Peugot 108!!!! There is a scratch on the passenger-side bumper -- take photos!!!

We put one star because there is no possibility to review with no star at all. The word “premium” in the services is a total misplacement. The employees in this office are absolutely rude, they do not listen to the customers when they are trying to articulate their needs. When we tried to buy tickets, the female employee there did not listen to our questions, rudely avoided eye contact and did not provide any options for our ferry seats. Furthermore, she did not provide any health form for COVID restrictions and even indicated wrongly that it is not needed. Total disappointment.

The service for printing ferry’s tickets is appalling. The female employee did not listen to me and sent me (wrongly) to another agency even after I told her my reservation specifically mentioned HER office. When I came back (luckily the other office was very professional and did not seem surprised about my experience) she accused me of giving her wrong information and told me it was basically my fault. Then she refused to give me the covid print outm saying I don’t need it when it was later confirmed I did. For my next trip from Syros I won’t book Blue Star Ferries so I don’t have to go there again

You get shouted at if you ask question about the ferry price. Probably difficult to find a travel agency more hostile than this one.

The service was really bad! I went to upgrade two tickets from Deck to Number seats. I had just checked the internet and I knew that there where 2 seats left. The employee told there that there were none! After asking to check again, she told me that she found 2 seats Bussiness Class. I insisted to check again. After my persistence, finally she found these 2 seats! Imagine if I did not know that there were free! Anyway, she told me to go to her collegue just next to her. Her colleague told me that I had to give her the printed tickets, but I had e-tickets and web-check in. She did not find a solution. I had to tell her that I could show her the e-tickets and it was OK. Imagine if I had left and try to find a place to print the tickets! Oh my God!
