β β β β β Positive: Clean, nice room with big, comfortable bed and small balcony. Basic kitchen equipment - some cups, plates and electric kettle - enough for make coffe or tea. Fast WiFi.. Negative: Small bathroom - no place to hang up the towels. No chair in the room, so if you would like to have a cup or coffee, the only place is the balcony. It could be nice option, if it wouldn't be raining all day (; The price in my opinion is too high, comparing to other similar rooms in the South of Crete..

β β β β β Positive: - Chris, the manager, is very friendly and welcoming - we had a great time with him! He does everything to support you in your stay as well as your trip planning. We also got a room upgrade! - the hotel lends you umbrellas... etc for the beach - the front porch is a great plus to relax - Sougia is not big, so it is a great location to relax and have beach and restaurant near you. Negative: - the interior is a bit old and the beds squeek.

β β β β β Lovely reception staff. We stayed in a two storey room on the upper floor. Not the newest finishes, but it was spacious and clean, with its own balcony and hammock.This hotel doesn't sit on the beach but is only a 4min walk from it. Pro tip: hike to the secluded Lissos beach nearby.

β β β β β The place is easy to find. It's the first apartment you get as soon as you enter Sougia. A special mention about the manager - Chris. He was super helpful during the booking phase as well as on the day we were to arrive. The check in and the stay was absolutely seamless. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend staying here.
