Ούτε χτυπημένο το δέμα, ευγενικό προσωπικό και χωρίς μεγάλη αναμονή. I placed the order on Friday from Athens and on Saturday it was in my hands in Thessaloniki. Immediately and effectively. Not even the parcel hit, polite staff and without much waiting.

Με τα πόδια να το φέρνανε θα το είχα στα χέρια μου. Σήμερα 23/12 και ακόμα περιμένω ενώ έχει χτυπηθεί ότι έχει αφιχθεί στην Μπότσαρη από εχτές γύρω στις 12 δεν έχει χρεωθεί στον κούριερ και είναι η τέταρτη μέρα που κάθομαι μέσα στο σπίτι λες και δεν έχω δουλειές εγώ αλλά στέλνω τον μπαντλερ να τις διεκπεραιώσει. Σήκωστε το μπιμπ τηλέφωνο να συνεννοηθούμε να περάσω από εκεί να παραλάβω. Έλεος πια. -1 ⭐ αυτό σας αξίζει. P	Paris Stamatakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο. Μου ήρθε viber μήνυμα μεσημέρι Πέμπτης 23/12 ότι δήθεν η παράδοση παραγγελίας δεν ήταν εφικτή λόγω αδυναμίας εντοπισμού μου. Εν τω μεταξύ όλη μέρα σπίτι ήμαστε τρία άτομα, δεν χτύπησε ποτέ τηλέφωνο / κουδούνι. Τους καλώ στο καπάκι, την μία είχαν κατεβασμένα τα τηλέφωνα, την άλλη δεν το σήκωναν, αυτό για καμία 10αριά φορές σε διάστημα 3ωρών. Καλώ Παρασκευή 24/12 όλη μέρα και η κλήση τερματίζεται χωρίς καν να χτυπήσει. Να το κλείσετε το μπ@@@@@@λο σας! The worst. I received a viber message at noon on Thursday 23/12 that allegedly the delivery of the order was not possible due to my inability to locate. In the meantime we were home all day three people, never rang the phone / bell. I call them on the cover, one of them had their phones down, the other they did not pick it up, this for no more than 10 times in 3 hours. I call Friday 24/12 all day and the call ends without even ringing. Close your wallet!

Ήταν να μου παραδώσουν δέμα, δήθεν δεν με βρήκε ο κούριερ (όλη μέρα σπίτι κλεισμένος), είπα δεν πειράζει, θα πάω να το παραλάβω από το υποκατάστημα. Πήρα τηλέφωνο στα κεντρικά τους να ενημερώσω και μου είπαν να περάσω μεταξύ 18:00-19:00 να πάρω το δέμα μου. 18:20 έξω από το κατάστημα και διαπιστώνω πως όχι απλά έχουν κλείσει, αλλά έχουν εξαφανιστεί κιόλας. Ξαναπήρα τηλέφωνο μήπως και καταφέρω να μιλήσω με κάποιον...άδικος κόπος. Η φωτογραφία λίγο πριν φύγω εκνευρισμένος από το κατάστημα. Το ότι περπάτησα 1,5χιλ. άδικα δεν με πείραξε, το ότι άφησα γιορτινό τραπέζι για να τρέχω επίσης, η κοροϊδία τους όμως αφάνταστα. Στη φωτό φαίνεται και η ώρα για τους...δύσπιστους... Το moto τους "Delivered, no matter what" είναι για κλάματα, καλύτερα να το αλλάξουν σε "θα παραλάβεις αν και όποτε γουστάρω". The tragedy in its grandeur. M	Mimis Antwniou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cant get worse than this. They were supposed to deliver me a router as vodafone's shipping partner. Delivery guy phoned me 20 mins before the deadline they themselves gave me. He didn't bother ringing at the house even though i had provided full details. Unfortunately i was on a business call and couldn't answer at that exact moment. 2 minutes later i get a message saying delivery was unsuccessful and that i should contact local store. I tried to call back the personal number that called me when i was in a business call, but i got an automated voice message informing me that the number can't be reached at all. Then i tried to call back at the store but didnt get through even when i was 20 mins on hold. Also that particular store doesnt follow conventional business hours which means i have to wait 3 more days.

I am really disappointed. There are a lot of great courier companies out there, that have more work effort and still, they deliver their packages right on time.
