Ο δε υπάλληλος απίστευτα εξυπηρετικός κ ευγενής. Είχα δηλώσει διεύθυνση γραφείου στο κέντρο Θεσσαλονίκης για παραλαβή κ επειδή ήταν Σάββατο ο άνθρωπος ήρθε την ώρα που συμφωνήσαμε στο σπίτι στην Καλαμαριά. Δεν έχω λόγια για την εξυπηρέτηση κ την ταχύτητα! Πολλά μπράβο σας!! I ordered Friday afternoon from an online store & Saturday afternoon I had it in my hands. I still do not believe it! And the employee is incredibly helpful and kind. I had declared an office address in the center of Thessaloniki for collection and because it was Saturday the man came at the time we agreed at the house in Kalamaria. I have no words for service and speed! Many congratulations !!

Τους πήρα μετά εγώ τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν οτι θα χρειαστεί να παραλάβω το δέμα απο το κατάστημα... Με παίρνει το παιδί μετά απο μερικές ώρες τηλέφωνο και με ρωτάει αν θα βρίσκομαι σπίτι για να μου το φέρει. Τελικά όντως μου το έφερε! Πρώτη φορά βλέπω να έρχονται για δεύτερη φορά κάπου για να εξηπηρετήσουν! Την επόμενη φορά που θα παραγγείλω κάτι σίγουρα θα ενημερώσω ωστε να μου το φέρουν οι ίδιοί! Σας τους προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτά! Και μου ήρθε και την επόμενη μέρα! I was away from home and I did not pick up the phone when they picked me up ... Παρήγγειλα τις πρωινές ώρες ένα προϊόν και απόγευμα χτύπησε το τηλέφωνό μου και ήταν ήδη έξω από την διεύθυνση που δήλωσα. Εκείνη την στιγμή βρισκόμουν σε εξωτερική δουλειά στη δυτική Θεσσαλονίκη και δεν μπορούσα να παραλάβω το δέμα. Ήρθε το παλικάρι από την ανατολική Θεσσαλονίκη στη Δυτική με το χαμόγελο και την ευγένεια που όμοια δεν έχω ξαναδεί. Το προϊόν ήταν εύθραυστο και έφτασε με ασφάλεια και απίστευτα γρήγορο τρόπο. Το Svelta τα λέει όλα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ. Δε συγκρίνεται με βαθμολογία αυτός ο επαγγελματισμός. For the first time in a courier I saw such immediacy and service. I'm really surprised.
