★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I tried to book an appointment because the air condition stopped working. The first available day was the 25th of August with the excuse that the electrician is leaving on vacations next week and this week is too hot and they cant overload their schedule.
I had complains since I took delivery of the car almost 1 year ago, as there were scratches on the door which they did not repair, the tires were with much excessive air pressure, the oil level low (they admitted this...) etc etc.
To be short, it looks like they did not check properly the car prior delivery.
I am disappointed with the quality of the service and certainly I will not buy again a car from them (4 up to now).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good customer service. The cars were not in a very good condition for a car dealer shop. The model we want to buy was available for a test drive, but they told us that it is not available and we need to book an appointment. I do not understand this practice. The location of the dealer shop is very good and comfortable.
